GBPUAT B.Sc Horticulture Science: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college's admission process starts in May-June, featuring a two-phase procedure. Candidates must first clear a multiple-choice test to meet the institute's cut-off score. Successful candidates then attend counseling to select courses like veterinary, horticulture, or agriculture science. Admission is merit-based. The faculty is highly qualified, with many holding Ph.Ds. Courses are taught by Assistant, Associate Professors, and Professors, with practical classes supported by Training Professionals. As a government-funded university, the tuition fee is economical, ranging from 15,000 to 18,000 INR per semester.

For a full 4-year course (8 semesters), fees total between 1,20,000 and 1,50,000 INR. The college boasts excellent placements, primarily in banks and agri-input sectors, with nearly 100% placement rates, barring those pursuing further studies. Internships, tailored to each course, offer hands-on experience despite no stipend, as per a university-industry agreement, but include provisions like accommodation and food. A Vice Chancellor program assists financially challenged students, and SC/ST students can obtain a scholarship of around 9,000 INR monthly if they maintain a 6.0 GPA.
