How do I get into Sharda University for a BDS? What is the detailed fee structure?

Getting into Sharda University is not that difficult. An acquaintance of mine had to go through only an interview a few years back when he applied. Now, one has to appear for NEET. On the basis of that result, you go through the counseling process, and then your admission is finalized. The fee structure is approximately 4.5 lacs per annum and it’s a 4-year course. Studying for NEET requires an extreme amount of effort. Trying for a better college than this would be good for you. A good government institution would help in saving you that money as Sharda University is on the expensive side.

Which is good for a b.tech, LPU, or Sharda University for mechanical?

LPU has been ranked 99th (overall) by NIRF and the Engineering department has been ranked 87th by NIRF 2020. Whereas Sharda University has been ranked 92nd for Engineering by India Today. Admission: LPU- At LPU any B. Tech at Mechanical Engineering aspirants must have at least 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English or, any subject that is equivalent to qualifying LPUNEST. For students, those who have secured 90% in 10+2 or 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPUNEST and can directly apply for the admission. Sharda University- In the case of Sharda University, Mechanical engineering aspirants must have at least 60% aggregate in 10+2 in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. SUAT, JEE Main, or UPSEE scores are considered for BTech admission at Sharda University. At Sharda University fees for B. Tech courses are ?1.59 Lakhs (1st Year Fees) whereas, at LPU the fees for B. Tech programs are ?1.37 Lakhs (1st Year Fees). Placement: Sharda University- For B. Tech programs at Sharda university the placement record was 91%. In last year’s placements, the institute witnessed the highest salary package of 65 LPA LPU- At LPU the highest salary package offered was 42 LPA. The top recruiters at the institute are Google, IBM, TCS, Infosys, etc. These are the major factors that you need to consider while choosing the institute. The regular course fees waa 2.16L + ~10% fees yearly I paid around 80K I also paid 55K and 60K for transportation via the private school bus in the second and third years since I was travelling from South East Delhi to Greater Noida, KP-III.

Sharda University is soothing!!

Sharda School of Engineering and Technology is definitely or let's say without a debate is the best college of our university. The fees too ain't that high but I won't claim it to be budget wind too as 2.7 lakhs a year for IT engineering is what it costs at Sharda University.

Sharda University makes students successful!!

Sharda School of Engineering & Technology is one of the most advanced colleges of Sharda University. The fees for CSE is 2.5 lakhs a year and it doesn't include exams fees as for each subject a fees of 1200 has to be paid every semester.

Well-structured curriculum with great faculties

There are many courses with great subject based exposures but for B.Tech some more exposure events are required which is not there.

The annual course fee is approximately Rs.2,00,000 in 2025, increasing by Rs. 5,000-Rs, 10,000 annually. Also, they provide Scholarships and it is merit-based. Students with a CGPA of 10 receive 100% scholarship. CGPAs of 9.5 and 9 earn 90% and 80% scholarships respectively. But, only few students receive them, the decision lies with the authorities. The continuation of scholarships after first year depends on your first year's score.

250000 is the annual fee for b.tech course . And scholar ships are given to the student who score 9.8 Cgpa and more they have 100% scholarship. Other student who have score 9.5 or more than 9.5 Cgpa they can applicable for 60 % of scholarship

They charge money for backlog and for debarred paper.

Right now I'm paying 1.3 lakhs per semester. I am in 4th semester and I have paid total till now is 5.5 lakhs and for overall this course I'll be 5.5 lakhs more so total will be 11 lakhs. and I don't have a friend who is in sc or st so I don't know about that I had a scholarship in my first year they gave me a 5% in my first year so around 13000 .

The yearly tution fee is 210000, hostel charge is 152000 and there is more charges like registration fees and examination fees, Lab are fully equipped and great, the overall experience is cool, It also provide scholarships according to cgpa.

1st year fees of the sharda is-264000 2nd year fees of the college is-250000 And all the rest of the year have the same fees of 2.5 lakh. Management quota fees is also the same. There is no scholarship in this college.

My Experience With Sharda University

Cirriculum Syllabus- The syllabus and subjects is according to the AICTE, however the content of few of the subjects is quite outdated

I pursed Btech program with specialization in Data Science. The specialization courses have to be paid an extra amount than the normal Btech course. Other specializations in the Computer Science include AI/ML, AWS Cloud etc. I paid around 200,000 - 230,000 INR/ yr. However, it can depend on the course you are pursuing. Admission Process: I came across College Counsellor in their Guwhati office and reached out to hin via call. He then assisted in the admission process. I had to pay 50,000 INR to confirm the admission and then later on the same semester, I was given a deadline to pay the entire semester fees or the yearly fee. If you are paying yearly fee all at a ince, you get a discount of few thousand rupees. There are scholarships option available. If you score well in exams and you have a decent CPGA, a scholarship amount is credited into your account. This is on a yearly basis and you need to maintain your CGPA to keep availing the scholarship. You also get a scholarship based on JEE score and 12th marks,

Fee structure increases per year for me it's 900000 for 4 year including examination and all other charges Hostel fee is according to room size and bed It's around 130000 for 3 seater 150000 for 2 seater and 180000 for 1 seater . It's included mess + security+ maintaince charge You can also apply for scholarship upto 90% according to your skills

Yes, if you have completed a B.Sc Microbiology degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university you are eligible to apply for admission in the M.Sc Food Science and Technology program of Sharda University. Admission is offered based on the merit of the entrance test conducted by the university.
