KMCLU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

My college has an average placement of 6LPA. Placement eligibility starts from the end of 5th semester, but when I got promoted to 5th semester, placements declined due the the restructuring in placement cell. So our batch missed the opportunity to attend any placements. In year 2022, the highest placement was around 22LPA and in year 2023, it declined to 9 LPA as there was restructuring in team. After getting my degree I will look for carrier opprotunities on my own, as I have not experienced any placement in my college years.

The curriculum that influenced was that i used to saw every shops that belongs to mechanical things n that work i liked most n made me to choose that as well as my family supports to choose freely this branch .

The placements of this college was average. Because there were too many students got more placement that mechanical students. But few students which not got the placement, they are also doing great job in different companies.

In kmclu every course are very good and fabulous lots of students are study in kmclu and in BTech course some improvement are needed such as strict rule and regulations. And in a computer lab improvement are needed.

As iam currently persuing btech in computer science because in today's world if you have to be successful you should have a knowledge about the latest technologies , AI and etc to settle in this world

As a biotechnology student i have to do much lab work and that's what attracted me to this curriculum. The labs are well built with all equipment and appratus. The curriculum is more theory based although if you take some extra efforts you are ready fo the real world problems. The curriculum needs improvement as to indulge more practical work rather than theory. Two exams are conducted in a semester with mid term exams being easy and semester being moderate. The mid term exam is of 1 hour and the semester exam is of 3 hours.

I think so that after the sixth semester the students get eligible for the campus placement and I personally want to do MBA or MTECH after getting the degree and approx 60 to 70 students get placement from every branch idk either this number of students is good or bad

Sumer Internship Process starts from August, You can sit in for the SIP. The highest stipend for SIP ranges from Rs.5000-10000 and lowest is as much as Rs.3,000. More than 10 Companies including startups visit the campus. There were few companies which hired students for unpaid internship. So the banks such as ICIC, Kotak hires in bulk for internship as well as final placement. The Monthly stipend ranges from 20 to 40 thousand. Around 5-10 % People got PPO from their summer internship. So once you got the PPO you can only sit for dream companies Process, these criteria's are set by the Placement Committee and Chairperson of Bluebook. Internship scenario is mostly same for every course except HR. Mostly student can sit for any company until and unless company specifies about any particular course.

I was a PCM(Physics, chemistry, math) student So my first choice is Pursuing BTech from a government collage and my moto is to be a web devloper, So I choose this course. In my Collage the teach updated syllubus , So they Skill devlopment program , self inhenmence and personality devlopmnt program because of we can get better opportunity in a future . I think the have to change the Btech 1st year syllubus because in first year we have study , math , physics and chemistry these subjects are too boring bcause we studed these subject in class 12th . So we need relief from these subjects. They take 3 month for a exam ,and difficuly level is modrate

From 5th semester students is become eligible for campus placement. Higher package were offered by 2500000 and average package given by company is 1000000. My plan after getting degrees is to join a moter company. Many company visit our campus like Google, Microsoft, Tata motors, Mrf,etc.
