JIIT M.Tech CSE Fees
The M.Tech CSE programme at JIIT carries a total tuition fee of Rs. 4,14,000 over two years. Year 1 tuition fee is Rs. 2,02,000 and Year 2 tuition fee is Rs. 2,12,000. A one-time non-refundable admission charge of Rs. 15,000 is applicable, along with a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 20,000. Hostel accommodation is optional and charged separately at Rs. 1,10,000 per semester.

- Caution Money of Rs. 20,000 is refundable after completion of the programme.
- Admission charges of Rs. 15,000 are one-time and non-refundable.
- Hostel charges are Rs. 1,10,000 per semester and are optional (not mandatory).
- Application fee for M.Tech is Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).
- For NRI/Foreign National candidates, the annual M.Tech fee is USD 5,000 (with applicable waivers based on qualifying marks).
- Fee structure is as per AY 2026-27 official fee schedule published by JIIT.
- GATE-qualified candidates are eligible for Teaching Assistantship of Rs. 15,000 per month, which effectively reduces the net cost of the programme.
