JIIT B.Tech R&AI Fees

The B.Tech Robotics and Artificial Intelligence programme at JIIT Noida follows the same semester-based fee structure as other B.Tech programmes for AY 2026-27. Annual fees start at Rs 3,79,000 in Year 1 and increase incrementally to Rs 4,39,000 in Year 4. The total tuition and development fees for the complete 4-year programme amount to Rs 16,34,000. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed Class 10+2 (or equivalent) in 2024, 2025, or be appearing in 2026 with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).
