Currently I'm doing my Btech (AI) from Amity University Lucknow. I've done my first year and now i entered in second year and I don't know ki ab kya kru kaise kru, aur kya mujhe krna chahiye . so basically i just want from you guys, what should I do, what path should I follow for better exposures for better career for own to get a good placement on-off campuses . I really don't want to completely rely on my college bc ik ive to do with my own . So i need help from you that what pathway i should follow and what else should I do that will benefit me .

Get good grasp on DSA, pick a language and grind it. Check where your interest lies front end back end or wanna be a full stack developer. Or you are into cybersecurity, read research papers, take help of seniors and professors( 1 or 2 are there in every college who will help). Also keep an eye on evolving things like nowadays AI is on hype , try some tools. Use leetcode, codechef etc. One thing you yourself admitted that college reliance is not good and believe it will never be. Search for internships and apply them as per your proficiency level.
