- Our college is very strict there no possibility to go for outing even on sundays and also there is no way to stay in pg rather than the college hostels and we do have study hours every day night
Internships Opportunities:
Infosys capegemini Softteam nustartsz we do did many projects and good environment stipend also depends on the company and the performance for the student mostly the projects depends on ai final talent hub

Likes
- One of the best aspects of my college experience was the approachability and supportiveness of the faculty. Most of my professors were not only knowledgable in their respective subjects but also genuinly inter4sted in helpingh students grow.
- They were available for doubts, offered mentorships for projects and ofteen encouraged us to participate in seminars, workshops, and internships.
- Their guidance helped me develop a deeper understanding of ciore subjects and build confidence in applying theoretical knowledge in practicval settings.
Dislikes
- One of the major concerns I had during my time at college was the high fee structure, especially under the management quota.
- At 4,00,000 lakhs per year, the overall financial burden was quite significant, and unfortunately, there ere no internal scholarship schemes or financial aid options
- For students coming from middle class or self financed backgrounds, this can be very challenging
Placement Experience:
In my college, on campus placement opportunitiesd for core biotechnology and life science fields were quite limited, While there were placement drives conducted during the final year, the majority of companies that visited were from IT, customer support, and non-core sectors, which weren't directly relevant to the field of biotechnology.

- I liked the Campus here very much, its greenery and accessibility.
- The security you get here is awesome, I just feel safe here.
- Also the hostel food is very good, compared to other hostels
Dislikes
- No cultural activities other than prayer
- No other extra curricular activities promoted (it's there, but not given much importance)
- Lack of coordination among the departments, faculties and students
Internships Opportunities:
Internship oppurtunities are not directly provided by the college.
We have to contact the companies and ask for the oppurtunities.
and some of the faculties will also help us to get in to it, like in Syngene international , bangalore.
Then the college provide AISTE inernships offers, where student exchange takes place with abroad universities.

- The university has a beautiful serene environment with modern facilities. Laboratories are well maintained and furnished providing students with hands-on experience in their respective fields.
- Faculties are approachable and supportive.
- In Karunya, the students are encouraged to participate in various activities.
Dislikes
- Placement Opportunities for Biotechnology and Food Technology is very limited
- The remote location of the university makes it difficult to commute.
- Lack of cultural events in the univesity.
Internships Opportunities:
Every student is expected to complete internship for around 8 weeks atleast as part of their curriculum. There are summer internships and project internships provided by company based on duration. Companies like Biocon, RGCB etc offers internships in Biotechnology.

Internships Opportunities:
Biocon, bharath biotechnology and so on are offered under inter and project intern role in various departments such as cell culture, downstream processing ,animal house and son on. Through this students can gain hands on experiences.

- the infracture they provide which includes numerous specialised lab just for biotech
- the resources they give for our educational and career growth like placements,conducting various events and programs
- the friendliness of the staffs and professors who are willing to spend time and teach or guide us in any possible way
Dislikes
- the attendance because a strict issue we face even if it means we have urgent emergency matters or if we are sick
- the number of holidays they provide to go home
- the pressure to handle various subjects including labs
Placement Experience:
the placements in my college is moderate and would vary from department to department. for biotech mainly, there are fairly less number of placements. i believe it is due to the covid affect where many companies departed from college connection

- Strict attendance criteria
- canteens are not that much good in campus
- Average Placement Packages and Internship opportunities.
Internships Opportunities:
Companies include regional micro-service selling companies in Coimbatore which are active in providing internships to all end-sem students.
Projects include NLP, image classification , YOLO , and other Machine Learning Algorithms.

- The placement are very low and the packages are low for this college

There are iaeste for internship and lot of labs for opportunity there's cisco lab and microsoft lab and iot labs for internship and project opportunities
We have khacks which you can do innovative projects with them

- Constanly imrpoved and updated curriculum
- Qualification of faculties in the department
Placement Experience:
Students are elegible for campus placement from 6th semester onwards if they are in their undegraduate 8 semester course.
There is a seperate facility in the college for placememtd known as placement cell which provide training, mock interviews provided for the students in their final year compulsory.

- Focuses on making entrepreneurs than employees. Startups, new ideas are very much appreciated
- Patenting new ideas and prototypes can be done here.
- Ambience here is beautiful even the faculties are experts in their subject.
Dislikes
- Rarely cultural fests happen in this institute
- The girls hostel is strict compared to other hostels
- College can be strict over some matters sometimes
Placement Experience:
Campus placements usually begine from 7th semester. Companies that visit KITS are TCS,Cognizant,Wipro, Infosys etc in addition to these startups also visist the campus. Average salary package ranges from 3.5 to 6 LPA.Highest package for studenets in some fields are 12 - 15LPA. 80-85% of students are getting placed through campus placements.
