Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was well built for the MBA and as well as Sport management. The exams was tricky and interesting to answer. The teaching was the best part where faculty made us to think beyond the limit.

Admission:

No, my admission was based on my entrance exam scores, and they also asked if I had any previous work experience. The entrance exam was difficult to pass; I passed on my second attempt after studying online.

Remarks:

According to the NAAC, my college has an A grade, is ranked 54 in Times Of India's ranking for MBA, 102 in India Today's ranking for the year 2019, and is approved by the UGC and COA. There are also many recruiters who come to the campus and offer jobs. In addition, the programme fee of 5 lakhs for two years is too low when compared to other colleges in the city that charge much higher fees for similar programmes. So, these were the main reasons I chose to enroll in the MBA programme at my University. Registration was the first step in getting into this college. Then I used my login credentials to fill out the application form, and finally I paid the application fee of Rs. 1000/- via the internet. One can visit their official website for more information which is www.hindustanuniv.ac.in.

My college has been accreditated with Grade 'A' by NAAC, ranked 54 for MBA by Times Of India, 102 by India Today in the year 2019 and is approved by UGC and COA.Moreover, the placement record has been good since its establishment and the top recruiters across the country visit the campus and offer job. Also, since the program fee is 5 lakhs for two years, it is too low as compared to other many colleges in the city. So, these were the main reasons because of which I enrolled myself here for MBA program. To get into this college, I registered myself first then I filled the application form using login credentials and lastly paid the application fee of Rs. 1000/- in online mode merely. Post which based on my CAT score,I got shortlisted and was called for selection procedure round. When I cleared the Personal Interview and GD rounds, I received offer letter and finally took admission into this college.

Remarks:

I am fortunate to have joined this college. After my UG in BCA I was searching for MBA colleges in Chennai. Then I found Hindustan college more affordable but with better quality of education and also has good rankings. The college also has International tie-ups with various foreign universities and countries. This could provide a platform to get placed and work in other countries too. The application can be filled online and upload the required documents and application fee has to be paid. Then interview is conducted. The students skills and interest are assessed and document verification is done.

HITS: 1 Answered Question

What is your review of Hindustan University?

Mehar SrivastavB.Tech Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering, Hindustan University (2019)

Overall, Hindustan University is average at best.

  • The quality of education offered is not good. Most faculty members are fresh graduates and don’t have much experience.
  • The institute doesn’t have a good infrastructure. Although the institute claims to offer a good Aeronautical or Aerospace program, they don’t have good facilities or faculties to back up the claim. Besides a subsonic wind tunnel and four broken-down plans, the department offers zero facilities.
  • Hindusthan University fees are pretty steep. The B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering program costs around INR 14.39 Lakhs
  • The institute doesn’t offer any internships or co-op opportunities to students. The placement opportunities offered aren’t worth the high course fee.

The college lacks basic amenities that are essential for the overall growth of the students.
