Avinashilingam University offers a Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). The course duration for MCA is 3 years while the duration MBA is 2 years. The min. eligibility for any student to apply for an MCA is that the candidate must have a bachelor’s in the relevant field. For M.B.A., any woman graduate with 50% can apply to this course.

Eligibility of the course is undergraduate. We can find the application from through both online and in person. The frequency of examination is 6 months and in between we do have CIA, the difficulty level depends upon the knowledge we do have on our subject. Very approachable admission areas specially alloted with the respective staff from each school.

- The major I chose was of my own choice and it was really easy to graduate since the faculty members were so friendly and helpful. The teaching method was really awesome.
- Besides our major we were asked to select extra course for every semester. For this we had several options, it was really great to learn new things that we are interested in.
Dislikes
- The canteen was too crowded sometimes we'll have to wait so long to buy something

The eligibility of my course was not the total marks I scored, but only the marks I scored in English, which got me the admission on the result day itself. It was not pressuring at all. We had the exact time to prepare for exams as well as finish our assignments.

The admission process can be done either through online or offline mode. But I prefer to go to the college and see the infrastructure and further decide it. The application form, fees and further details will be available in both online and offline modes. Although it is central government-aided college there is no reservation benefit. There is no entrance exam for which I opted.

- The distance between the main road and the college campus is nearly 15km.
- Also the bus facilities to the college is at accurate time and not in the convenient time.

After you complete your 12th board exams within 20 days the admissions will be opened. So be prepared to get the seat by getting the admission form either from the office or from the college official website. On the particular day they will be conducting the general exam including all the subjects u studied for 12th board exam. When you clear the exam, you got your seats

The admission process is good there is no complaint in it . They don't charge any admission fee. They look long time because there are many students waiting in line to apply in this college. So , I think they can increase the staffs during the admission process
