RTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I am eligible for placement after completing my 5th semester and in my third year I got paid internship opportunity from 3 company and it is very helpful for me in my placement journey . almost 97 percent of my class get placement in campus placements . Lowest packet- 3LPA Highest -52LPA . In college more than 200 company comes. My plans after completing my degree is to work in MNCs company

placements are okay they ask for good cgpa and sort students and companies with cgpa overall good guidance and training is provided by college for placements and some good MNCs like amazon also visits our college

1 st year is irrelevant and i hope that second year will be relevant but in first year they are teaching irrelevant stuff like mechanical , chemistry ,irrelevant maths, CAEG the most useless subject for someone who wants to be a data scientist

There is about 100 percent in the textile chemistry and textile technology branch of our college as it goes through branches if someone wants to pursue a career in the textile field. In other branches, placement varies as there is less opportunity for the students as companies do not visit our campus at regular intervals. Students studying in their final year and third year are eligible for campus placement for being specific to my branch the companies that visited our college are ChangeCX, Tekizma, InnovaTech, and ReadyBytes. The average placement is around 3 LPA or the highest 18 LPA (off campus).

THE specific aspects of the curiiculam that influenced my decision to choose that course is that this course is fully based on real life problems and about technology. There will be a 2 mid term examination in period of 3 months and a one semester exam at the end of semester.

The curriculum is good. Teachers teach really good and their methods are very friendly. They also encourage you for extracurricular activities. Thereare several clubs and joining one club is mandatory. For appearing in exams, you have to maintain 75% attendance. One con is that they give you 6 exams in 3 days and don't even give a preperation leave. Before theory exams, You hav to give practicao exams for a week and simultaneously they give you assignments and unit tests.

The placements are increasing year after year after some rough patch, and more and more product based companies are visiting the college, and they mostly offer for Software developer role, and some modern age startups are also visiting the college. The backup plan is to always prepare for off campus placements and maybe for masters as well.

The timing in between mid term and end semester is also too good. The time we get to prepare for exam is also better so we get more information and mark from the college. The difficult level increase because of our knowledge gane only.

From 3rd year students have chance to appear in placement Companies visited in college are byju's , Infosys, miniorange, etc. 44 lac is the average package from RTU. 60% students get placed from RTU college

For third year student is got the placement offer some companies are come in our college infosis,miniorange byju's around 65%student got placed and after the degree my aim is to get the job in good company
