Bachelor of Technology specialization in Electrical Engineering is a 4 years degree course. Indian Students: Admissions to Under-Graduate, Post-Graduate, Polytechnic Diploma and Ph.D. in the Schools of Law, Management, Engineering and Sciences are done through a process which has the Raffles University Entrance Test followed by Group Discussion and Counseling, which eventually leads to the admission of a student. Admissions are either through Raffles University Entrance Test or are based on Qualifying Examination Marks and Personal Interview.

International Students: Foreign Nationals, Non Resident Indians or Indian Nationals supported by NRI relatives can apply under Foreign/NRI category.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
