I am not perctly know about the placement in our college. But placement is given in our college. Around 5 to 10 percent student will get the placement. The package of placement is 30000 to 50000 per month average normally.

I don't think you get placement only after doing B.com. But you can find a job on your own as you have a degree and knowledge of that field. if there is a placement only 10 percent of students would get the placement according to me.

My plan after getting the degree is to get and placement in a good company with a good package, but there is only one company ie icici bank Ltd which occurs mostly and regularly in our college placement, but the main problem is that the amount of package they are offering in our placements athe the original package the students are getting during offer letter are totally different form said one. The highest package is only about 4 lac CTC which is not at all acceptable by the students of our college after getting this reputed degree. The companies mostly come of sales related no other companies are visiting in our college which provides different positions rather than this local company.

By the end or completion of the course, students are required to fill out application forms for companies like Hindustan zinc and Gillette, etc, I remember these two only as I graduated in covid session. The highest one was the 25 lakh package for the computer science course. Around 2 out of 10 get placement. My plan is to complete a pg in physics which I'm doing from nit Hamirpur.
