Likes

college environment is too good. the location of the college is in best locality.
college infrastructure is best. there are different labs as well as different room
there are lots of cultural as well as sports activity perform there

Dislikes

there is vast syllabus according to syllabus no content is cover
medical facility is not provided properly
lots of difficulties is accomodation and travelling

i was applied for jawahar nehru university delhi and national dairy research institute. i got this college in counselling basis so i didnt want to choose its all about my marks and i didnt want to drop more year. yes my marks are not good enough to carry this college . my college admission procedure was pre engineering test bases you have to qualify this exam or icar. age criteria is 18 to 21. cuttoff is high

My COVS

Likes

I like my classrooms it's very nice and very comfortable
My clinical experiences in my college it's to good very good clinical exposure
Teachers are very nice and co operative and very educated

Dislikes

There is no play ground in my college as my college is new and growing college
Poor entertainment sources in my college no dj parties not at all
No auditorium in my college current dean is not very co operative with staff

Admission:

I always want to be mbbs doctor AND I gave neet 2 times by I can't crack it my backup option is bvsc and AH so I'm happily pursuing this course know by the way I also got admission in mbbs in management quota but fees are too high

The good college life.

Likes

The overall college experience is 8/10 its a very huge campus in association with PAU. The environment is serene and peaceful for all the students though there is some scope of improvement in asome fields like library which us a bit small.
Social interaction is amazing the seniors have been really helpful.
The facility experienced and well trained with good command over teaching both in theory and practical

Dislikes

Since its a medical college so we have to get settled on our own
Some places need improvement like equipment
Some security concerns with some arrogant owners.

Admission:

Definitely my college is one of the best in the country with all india 4 th ranking. With great infrastructure and faculty with a pressurising opd. That will make a good doctor. These conditions are apt to learn and grow

COVS Rampura phul bathinda GADVASU

Likes

Teacher student interaction is very good
Excellent clinical exposure and training
College has very student friendly facilities like AC library, classrooms, labs and even clincs

Dislikes

Rampura phul has a smaller campus as compared to other universities
Hostel and college are far away around 1-2 km but bus service is provided by college itself
More fee than any other govt college in other states

Admission:

COVS ludhiana and COVS Rampura phul are govt college and KCVAS is private college. These are 3 college's available in Punjab for veterinary science degree. Fee is least in COVS ludhiana and most expensive is in KCVAS amritsar But there is self finance quota for those students who scored less in NEET exams and it is 8lac per annum fee.

Good faculty provided by the college for the studey
Good infra structure and practical labs for the practices
Good environment and also the clinical practices done in hospital in college

Dislikes

College is under the government so all processing of any work go slow
Smart boards are used rather then black board and chalk
To much syllabus due to which work loads for students

Admission:

This is the no one college in punjab and the fees structure according to other colleges is less. The college is under government policies. So more advantages are taken by the student of the college which are provided by the government schemes

The life in GADVASU

Likes

I like the greenery here and variety of animals.
As it comes under Punjab agricultural University.
There is variety of crops and poultry and equines and rabbits you find.

Dislikes

There should be provision of auto or rikshaw inside campus.
Walking in University becomes difficult if you don't have scooty or any vehicle.
There should be more canteens and redis.

Admission:

Admission to my course happens on the basis of NEET marks. But my university offers many more courses such as in dairy science,fisheries and biotechnology. Fir general category marks should be around 540 in neet. Reserved categories get benefits, there is quota for SC,ST,OBC,BC, border area, rural area etc. anyone can read about all this on gadvasu's official site. We have 3 internal exams during a year and 1 external exam at the end of the year. Then if we have 3 subjects in first year then practicals for these subject will be held after externals in 2 portions. Students can easily reach admission office. It generally happens near dean's office. Every staff is very supportive and will help in any case. There is canteen just outside the college so parents and students can also sit there and have some snacks. There are many canteens in my campus which also provide proper meals.

Dislikes

I don’t like to listen lie and I can’t tolerate any shit.

Admission:

It is available online and we can take admission in it by appearing in the neet exam and we have to be qualified in it only and can get admission in it. There are three colleges here in punjab. All three colleges are very good.

College of veterinary science, rampura phul

Likes

College infrastructure is very good. All the latest equipment and state of the art labs are availaible students.
College owns a well established livestock farm complex,clinical complex.
All the departments are established as per vci regulation and teachers are well trained and knowledgeable

Dislikes

Air conditioner are not availaible in lecture halls
The college is in a remote area so there are no fun spots nearby for recreational activities
College fees is higer as compared to other government colleges

Likes

The university is dedicated to nurturing a community of learners who are not only well-versed in the latest advancements in the field

Dislikes

Somewhat fee structure is quite heavy, about 2.5 lakh per Year
Air conditioners in classrooms are not installed

Eligibility of the course - 10+2 with Biology NEET results basis , a merit list will be prepared and there will be counselling offline at Ludhiana campus No CET (Common Entrance Test) for GADVASU ONE RANK ONE MARK CRITERIA IS FOLLOWED

The environment is so cool in University campus
The campus provides us all facility to study
The faculty is fully cooperative with students

The faculty is less in number and their is morw young staff
The transportation facility is very poor
