"Academic Experience and Faculty Insights: A Comprehensive College Survey"

Likes

The faculties are quite lenient and understand which i find it quite interesting.
Our university has a big campus which can help us get fresh air.
It also has a good bus services and good water supply.

Dislikes

I don't like how the administrators manage the infrastructures
Needs a lot of focus on Curricular activities
There should be an implementation of college uniforms.

I choosed bachelor of art because i love reading and writing books. The particular curriculum im taking up right now It helps me a lot with my personality and confidence as i get to interact a lot of people with my same taste.

What I like about our university is that it's a generous college when it comes to marks allotment.

Dislikes

The University lacks in many criteria, it does not have a proper rooms for different clubs. It doesn't have a music club nor do they provide instruments to the students. The students are asked to bring their own equipments
It lacks on the sport criteria as well, they do not pay attention to sports.
They are very irresponsible and does not look into the matter of problems. Whenever there is an intercollege tournament , the students are told to manage their own transportation rather then giving the college bus!

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'll rate BA Hons Political Science course as 8.5/10 for relevance. This course is highly in today's world, where politics and governance shape our life. This course is comprehensive which covers various aspects of political science such as foundational courses, electives, research and analytic skills etc. Overall the course provides a solid foundation for understanding politics, governance and social issues .

Not good but not bad

Likes

Internship programs , great faculties, library, organising seminars and programs on career guidance
Conducting sports events as well as academic events
Great scenery and positive environment with good surroundings

Dislikes

Low Campus life , dirty washrooms , poor infrastructure, outdated books in the library
The unavailability of state of the art technology to enable smart classrooms , lack of master courses

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course myself but for the real world applications i have still more to learn and prepare for the competitive exam . The area i need to improve will be on practical and it will be better if the teacher explain it in a simple term so that we can understand it more easily the timing of exams are ser according to the period.

I like the environment of the university and study material
The study material they provide are good
The teacher and the management of how they organised

Dislikes

The toilet are not that good when compared
The timing for the class hour is not that accurate
Some of the vf teacher is not that good in teaching

The specific curriculum that influenced me to take this course is that this professional course would try to enhance my skills and communication skills and this course also help me to look forward that I can be prepared for further academic pursuits.

Likes

I like how they provide good teaching staffs.
Good classrooms and well furnished chairs
Good washrooms and provide 24/7 electricity

Dislikes

Classrooms are too hot during summer
I personally feel like thry need to upgrade more.
We don't get much holidays in winter break.

I choose bachelor of commerce since i find this course interesting.. I like doing practicals more than theory. The curriculum prepare me well and make me more confident to go on my further studies and pursuit my dreams

Likes

The college infrastructure is well maintained
We have fresh and chill drinking water for free
We have canteen for having lunch and soft drinks

Dislikes

It is far from the main town so the cost for coming here is high
The one thing I don't like is that it has too much freedom
Lack of AC and fans in classes, unmaintained toilet

As for the course I don't have any problem as it teaches us about marketing we also have subject like accounting,marketing etc.it teaches us about marketing what is marketing and how to improve ourself for our business

My college experience

Likes

I like that out college is in a quiet place and not around a highway with tons of cars, it's quiet and peaceful
The teachers are all friendly yet strict with the academics and i think that's what every students needs to have a healthy relationship with the teachers
The canteen offers tasty foods for a fair price, and it has a big hall so we can all just sit there and chill

Dislikes

I would say the campus can be maintained a little better, there's tall grasses, higher than us in some corners of the campus
A bigger parking lot will help a lot for sure
The class routines for BA students is really hectic, there's a lot of gaps in between classes

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've always been into politics and i just wanted to study more about political science, it's like my favourite subject That's one thing they can work on, preparation for real world applications and further acedamic pursuits Maybe teach more about the real world too and not just the book The frequency and timings of the exams and the difficulty are all fair and fine and there's no need for improvement

Likes

Great environment, where we can be one with the nature.
Parking spaces available for both students and faculties
No traffic noises, or any disturbances from the outside world, as it is located in a remote area.

Dislikes

Not much availability of shops apart from the college canteen
Transportation issues with students as there are only 2 buses

Course Curriculum Overview:

Icfai Nagaland has one of the best faculties from the computer science department, they are professionals who are willing to help and guide us reach our goals and aim in our life. Teaching system is both practical and theory. There will be two term exams every semesters, including two internal assessments.
