Admission to the B.Tech program is done based on the candidate’s performance in MHT CET and 10+2 exams with PCM. For getting admission into ME/ M.Tech programs, candidates are shortlisted based on a valid GATE score followed by CAP counseling, along with scores obtained in B.E. or B.Tech. SGBAU enrolls candidates to MBA & MCA courses on the basis of a valid score in MAH CET followed by CAP Counselling. Admission to M.Com and MA are merit-based, while for specializations in M.Sc, SGBAU conducts course-specific entrance tests. For M.P.Ed and M.Ed courses at SGBAU, admission is offered based on marks in CET conducted by DTE. Admission to LLM & MLISc is based on the performance in the last qualifying examination. Admission to Ph.D. offered based on candidate's performance in Ph.D. Entrance (PET) followed by an interview. Candidates who have a valid score in CSIR NET / UGC NET / GATE / SLET / JRF or any other equivalent examination qualified are exempted from appearing for MPET.

What if I mistakingly provide the wrong information in SGBAU application form?

Any mistake in the application form will not be entertained and will be rejected without giving any information. The application fee of INR 1200 will also not be refunded under any circumstances.
