- A candidate is considered to be eligible for admission to the post graduate course if he/she has secured at least 50%(or equivalent CGPA) marks at graduation (45% marks for backward class i.e. SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC/SBC/SEBC category candidates from Maharashtra state).

Maharashtra State Candidates
- The candidates should be an Indian national.
- The candidate needs to have a Bachelor’s Degree of minimum of 3 years from any UGC recognized university with a minimum 50% aggregate.

- The candidates should be an Indian national.

NMU MBA Selection Process
- In order to get eligible for the selection process every candidate needs to register themselves with CAP counseling with their CET marks.
- Upon registering candidates need to apply for NMU on their official website.
- Based on the scores attaining in the qualifying examination the university will call candidates for a personal interview followed by a group discussion.
- The university will release its first cutoff ranging various parameters.
- Interested and eligible candidates need to pay the admission fee in order to reserve their seat as an admitted student.
- The unfulfilled and remaining seats will be displayed in the further round of CAP counseling.

NMU MBA Application Process
- Visit the website http://nmu.ac.in/
- Click on the Admission Tab from the home page.
- Sign in the portal using your email ID and Phone No.
- After generating your account log in the portal using the credential.
- Fill in the form accordingly.
- Input all the documents along with scanned Photo and Signature.
- Make the necessary payment using Credit Card / Debit Card / Phone Pay / BHIM in order to submit your application.
- After successfully submitting the application form, the application number will be generated.
- Take a printout of the application form, as it needs to be submitted during final selection.
Note: Note down the Application No and Form No for future reference.

Course Structure
- The MBA program has 4 semesters.
- Each semester has three evaluation categories; Core Papers, Skill Based Papers and Audit courses.
- Each semester has 7 papers of 28 credits and 1 Audit course of 2 credits.
- After 1st year, students become eligible to choose their MBA specialization from Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management or Operations Management.
- In the 4th semester, students need to complete a Summer Internship in their specialized field.

Program Details
- End Term Evaluation: Each term has 7 core papers consisting of 04 credits while 1 audit paper comprising 02 credits. The term end evaluation will be based on the internal assessment within the semester + final semester examination. The ratio for IA : ET will be 40 : 60, where IA denotes Internal Assessment and ET denotes End Term examination.
- Attendance Requirements: A minimum 75% of Attendance is compulsory to sit for End Term examination.
- Core Papers: The university syllabus has 3 core papers each semester to make a student familiar with the fundamentals and foundation of papers related to Business Administration.
- Skilled Based Papers: To add the necessary and quintessential skills in a Management student, the syllabus has Skill Based Papers till 2nd semester.
- Audit Course: Apart from Management related papers, to give a nourishing environment where MBA students can devote their time and grow both mentally and physically, the Audit Courses are added in the syllabus. Ranging from Cleanliness to Indian Classical Music and Yoga from Cyber Security to Human Rights.
- Skill Based Elective: From 2nd year onwards every student needs to choose 1 specialization among 4 to acquire a major on the MBA.
- Summer Internship Project: It’s compulsory for every student to complete a Summer Internship Project in the 4th semester.

Fee is very less only 50000 rupees per year for general cast students, also scholarship is available. Total fee 30000 per year for OBC students for both year.5000 rupees is annual fees for hostel, and 1000 extra per month for mess facilitie rooms are big and clean as compared to other institutions hostel is very cheap.
