- Candidate should have completed his/her Graduation Degree - Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy(B.OT) obtained through the(10+2)+5 system from any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.
- He/She should attain a maximum of 50% aggregate marks.
- All SC/ST candidates sre eliguble for the relaxation of 5%.

- The candidate has to take the MUHS CET for selection.
- The medium of the test is English.
- The examination consists of 50 MCQs, amounting to 100 marks.
- For every correct answer, two marks will be awarded. There is no negative marking.
- The duration of the examination is one hour and a half.
- Tie breaker: In the event of a tie, the following procedures will be used to determine the candidate who goes ahead:
- Level 1: The candidate with more aggregate marks in HSC;
- Level 2: If still a tie, the candidate with more marks in SSC will be selected;
- Level 3: If still a tie, the candidate who is older will be preferred.
