A decent college with a good degree to provide

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees per semester for 1st time is around 17000 but after that every semester the fees will be around 10000 which includes hostel fees,etc.But it did not includes mess fees as ther are canteens which are chargeable depending on food you eat. Additionally you get 5000/- rs per month as a scholarship also if your boards percentile are good then you will also eligible for disha scholarship

Fees and Financial Aid:

Early I will be paying 20000 as tuition fee and 10000 as my hostel fee . Every student at NISER Bhubaneswar receive scholarship of 5000 per month from Department of atomic energy with annual grant of 20000 for research projects.

NISER a happy place for students

Fees and Financial Aid:

The tution fee for general and obc category is rupee 9800 par semester and for SC and ST it is around rupee 3000 per semester. Beside this there is some extra fee for cultural events and Puja festival etc. They give 5000 rupees per month through DISHA fellowship.

NISER: Apply if you're serious about scientific research and career

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fee is structured category wise. For gen/ obc candidates, first installment is 18k and then 10k for every semester. You get scholarship of 5k per month and 20k for summer internship, so 80k per year. Overall the education is practically paid for. Very affordable

One of the best institutes if you want to pursue a career in research

Fees and Financial Aid:

The cost of study is quite low compared to other universities and there is oppurtunity for scholarship for every integrated MSc student through the Dept of Science and Technology (DST)-INSPIRE program or through the Dept of Atomic Energy (DAE)-DISHA program. the two scholarships are similar in the amount of stipend provided but have different requiremnts in CGPA for the continuation of the fellowship.

NISER: RESEARCH WITH PASSION

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees are 20k per year approximately. For ST SC students the fees become 10k approx annually. All students get a scholarship amount of 5000 per month and a 20000 annual contingency grant for financial support in their research.

My Niser experience

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees are very less and yes we get a DISHA scholarship of 5k per month. on doing an internship we get 20k. For expensive books, the central Library helps a lot. There is no campus placement but you can apply and be selected there.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Yearly fees along with hostel are 9400Rs whereas we got DISHA scholarship of 60,000 per year if our score is above 6.5 CGPA, there is a direct tie-up with BARC, so we only have to give an interview for scientific officer jobs.

Scholarship of Rs 5000 is given to every students. There are two types of scholarships. One is 'DISHA' which is given by DAE and the other is 'INSPIRE' which is given by DST. Besides, 30,000 per month is given for Ph.D students.
