Admission to the undergraduate program relies on class 12 marks, with a 98% score in the CBSE board securing a spot in the first merit list. The faculty is highly qualified and actively engaged in research and projects, offering students valuable industry insights. With a favorable student-to-teacher ratio, the batch of 60 is divided into groups of 20, ensuring personalized attention. Modern teaching aids and practical classes enhance learning, while professors ensure clear communication, including in Hindi if needed.

The annual fee is around 25,000 INR, with scholarships and fee relaxation for financially weaker students. The institute, affiliated with ICAR, collaborates with government bodies for limited placement opportunities, with 4-5 students securing jobs annually, earning packages between 4-6 lakh. Eligible students can participate in campus placements from the 6th-7th semester, with companies like Jain Irrigation and Mahindra & Mahindra visiting. Students also prepare for competitive exams and GATE for further studies.

In-Plant Training is offered after the 4th semester, with seats at national institutes. Remote sensing training is available in Nagpur and Valsad, and CIAE Bhopal offers a 4-month training.
