ITM Gwalior and Amity University, Gwalior, both are equally good options but here, we are going to analyze the two concerning different categories. Amity, Gwalior is considered better when compared to ITM, Gwalior as it is ranked at #151 by NIRF.

Placements

Amity University Gwalior

• Various firms like Aditya, Adobe, Amazon, CitiCorp, etc., visit the campus every year. The placement rate for Amity is 97%.
• Students are permitted to sit for placements in their sixth or seventh semester. The placement process of Amity University is conducted in four phases.
• The highest package for Amity was 6.6 lakhs per annum whereas the average package was 2.97 lakhs per annum.

ITM University Turari

• ITM not only provides on-campus placements but also open-campus opportunities. This particular year, a Job Fair was held on the campus where students from major universities participated from all over Madhya Pradesh.
• Top-tier companies like Infosys, Wipro, IBM, Cognizant, Tata Steel, Byjus, etc., visit the campus which proves that the placement rate is quite high for ITM yet it is not as good as Amity.

• ITM, on the other hand, provides 62,226 placement opportunities to its students with 372 major firms visiting the campus.
• This particular year, Byjus visited the campus and hired 4 students with a package of 10 lakh per annum.

Overall, it seems that Amity, Gwalior stands as a clear winner because of its rankings and faculty but ITM Gwalior has its advantages and offers good education too.

Well, it depends on your perspective regarding education and the course you are pursuing. If we judge it based on the quality of education provided, then any Amity branch all around India or Amity Gwalior alone is not expensive. It goes without saying that the money that you are putting into the university is eventually for your education. So, it is for your own future. 

Amity provides wide exposure to students that is rare to witness in any other college. Any factor that a student would consider before getting into the college of their dreams, be it the curriculum, placements, environment, infrastructure, all are quite good at Amity University. 

The institute also offers various scholarships. I have a few friends who got a 50%-100% tuition fee waiver. 

Therefore, to sum up when it comes to Amity University your money would never be wasted. 

My sister is from Amity, so I am quite aware of the situation and facilities here. The institute has two huge hostels within the premises, one of each for girls and boys. 

• The accommodation of the hostel is apartment-style with suits of bedrooms that shared a common lounge and bathroom.
• Each apartment has 6 occupants and the rooms are of double occupancy. The total occupancy capacity for each hostel is 240.
• The rooms are well-ventilated and equipped with all necessary amenities, television, geysers in bathrooms, etc.
• You will be allotted a separate bed, mattress, pillow, pillow cover, sheets, almirah, study table with chair. 
• The hostel has a 24/7 water and power supply. 

Hostels at Amity are under CCTV severance and there are security guards to keep the environment safe.

Courses:

• JUET offers both B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.

• Amity University offers BSc (IT) and BCA to the computer science aspirants.

• LNCT offers a BE program in CSE and an MCA.

• Medicaps offer B.Tech in CSE and CSE related 6 more areas namely Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cloud Technology & Information Security, Data Science, Distributed Computing and Blockchain Technology, and Computer Science and Business Systems. It also offers BCA and MCA programs.

Placements:

JUET- At JUET a total of 145.95% of students were placed offer wise during the academic year 2020.

• The highest package is offered by Shopee AirPay, INR 41 LPA.

• Amazon, One Direct, Google, Aditya Birla Capital ltd., Byjus, and Airbus, etc. are the popular recruiters.

Amity University-

• It offers the highest package of 30 LPA.

• During the 2020 academic year, 525 companies were invited to the campus and 1706 placement offers were provided to the students in the same year.

• Accenture, Amazon, Aviva, Byjus, Google, Hyundai, etc. are the top companies with packages above 5 Lacs.

LNCT Bhopal- It was Ranked No.1 for Highest Campus Placements in the state.

• The institute offers more than 1300 offers by leading MNCs and core companies with 801 record placement on day one.

BTech at Amity University Gwalior is reaching new heights every day. The placements are fairly good in comparison to other engineering institutes. And the highest annual package is increasing every day. Also, the placement rate is nearing to 100% and the fees are reasonable. Admission is easy (considering it is a private university) and therefore a student gets the value of money in this University.
