Talking about my university, faculties are the best , they are very friendly , accademically its good ,
Every year tuition fee increase due to the course value and all the scholarships are available at oru university best college to join for medical field courses and all other course are available at our university
The college campus is very clean very good herbal garden good opd setups and good number of patients

Dislikes

Some times the hostel food in college is very bad to eat
Programs are very less in this college and this is one of the worst thing in this college
There is no much leave here so it was difficult to go hometown.i dont like it.

Yenepoya: review of a mbbs student

Likes

Ambience of the college is really beautiful and calming.feeling very safe and secure.
Yenepoya provides like digital devices , simulation lab and also academic excellence
Yenepoya has very experienced teachers and senior doctor

Dislikes

Yenepoya is very expensive for a common middle class family
Yenepoya does not provide many extra curricular activities
Yenepoya is very strict compared to other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teaching method includes ppt presentation and common black board teaching method.all teachers come prepared with a ppt which will be provided to the students after the class. During the course, after every 3 months we have an internal assessment and a mock test for our university in total we have 3 internal assessment followed by a university exam.

The teachers and staffs of yenepoya dental college and Yenepoya Medical College are very supportive in our works and studies .They provide the important questions to study .
The ambience and nature and campus of our college is really good and they provide bus services and emergency services in our college. They make sure of our safety.
The practical labs and campus is neat . They maintain in it well

Dislikes

The thing i dislike is 8 o clock classes but now am used to it so now it ok for me

They are one of the best colleges in india . They provide better experience in our clinics.more patients we will get to learn .in every 3 months we will have internal exams . Total of 100 marks . Its 3 thoery paper and 4 practicals .

Yenepoya University: A true review of a student

Likes

The facilities in the university is in par with great universities.
The faculties here are well educated and qualified for their respective roles.
The campus is very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.

Dislikes

The hostel facilities is below average in rate.
There is ragging in hostel including financial extortion.
The batch strength in the classes are very high for the faculties to control.

Placement Experience:

The placementa in allied sector is only through to the medical college hospital of the university itself. Other placements include to major companies like siemens, philips , GE ,etc. The students are eligible for placements after the 8th sem only. The package given by the medical college is 2.2 LPA

Professional faculties and well mannered
Good facilities in college which includes air conditioned classes
Well structured campus and the classes are beautifully designed and well maintained

Dislikes

So many students in the class so it affects our studies
The hostel is not at all good it doesnt have attached bathroom
The events are conducted once or twice in an year.

Given below are the curriculum of medical imaging technology:- Anatomy,physiology,microbiology, pharmacology, Kannada, English, biochemistry, environmental studies, Hindi, radiation physics, positioning of xray,etc.The teaching method is really good.The faculty comes invthe classroom and show the notes in the screen and explain every detail of it.This course make our social improvement.

Likes

Equality for both girls and boys , no partiality
Food and accommodation they are providing is quite good
The campus and faculties are very good .

Dislikes

They alloted so many students that our batch has over strength
The fees structure is expensive including their admission fee
They're giving unwanted fine for useless things

Yenepoya is a medical college and there comes lots of patients
As there is many patients we are like experienced one
They provide Consesion in fees depending on mark the got

Dislikes

As this is an allied health course boys and less in number than girls
They take more admission so there is a chance of unemployment
There is no any programs held by college management other than culturals

The university provide great education facilities to students.The overall college is very nice.
All the facilities are available.The campus is very clean and peaceful

They have strict attendence policies and used to take hige amount of fine for attendence shortage.
The classrooms are overcrowded and feel very conjusted
Difficulty in balancing academics,works and personal life

I chose this course as i was intrested in medical field. Offering a variety of assesments methods beyond traditional exams such as presentaions,research papers or projects to cater to different learning sights.Timing of exam is 2hrs and it is difficulty to manage time during exams.
