Good academic scholarships are available for good academic progressive students.
Eligibility 65% or above application from nitte official website seat secured and opportunity to study in a reputed college exams are conducted sem wise and well secured exam passing level is 90% and above
Course is very relevant and has good job opportunity for best academics and campus experience and since it has ranked nirf we got very good lab facilities and a good value of college every place so it's the best choice

Dislikes

Hostel facility is adjustable but food is very bad as in every college.
Yearly exams are tough for students since they need to concentrate whole for finals
In the frequency and difficulty of exam are nit so bad the admission process should be more prosperous and easy

My best experience in nitte University

Likes

The environment we are in. I feel confident when i am in my college, it's a safe place and has a positive atmosphere.
Gives free wifi and also Library which gives good feel
It teaches us to socialize and form opinions of our own.

Dislikes

No proper bench and desk as we cannot be comfortable to sit in the chair
Seniors are not that comminatively with us
Teachers take phone if we just use it for emergency purpose and ask for fine

Placement Experience:

Best placements were obtained from reputed hospitals. Around 90% of students were placed in India and in other countries. KS Hegde hospital was the top recruiting hospital in Mangalore for healthcare students and good salary packages were offered to the freshers and experienced workers.

Nitte is fantastic

Likes

Campus gives the energetic and peacful surrounding
Campus provides high standard library and provides study materials
Faculty is the best faculty we ever has .They are very supportive

Dislikes

I dislike about the subsidiary subjects.
Several times attendance are taking .five times per day
Bus services are very poor sometimes ,most of the time

The classrooms we have right now are comfortable enough
If we suffer from any health issues we have a good hospital facilities available near us
If there is any programmes conducted there are several halls that we have

Dislikes

We did not have enough holidays to go to our home
We don’t get enough programmes and and celebrations

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course a 10 because it's one of the paramedical courses which stands on the topmost Position. It's also very interesting because we get to see through how a operation room works and how they manage to go through it.

The classroom is good with good space and good furnitures.
The compound is eco friendly and clean with cafeteria.
The teaching staff is good and they have good attitude towards the students

Dislikes

Transportation facility is not good as the hostel is in a isolated area
The classes are in hospital but i prefer it to be in the college

The course has a good scope with many opportunities. This course has better opportunities abroad.The practicals should be increased to have more experience for the students. So they can have a job with less difficulties.

The faculties are kind and understanding. They teach well
The college provides all the necessary facilities without asking for more money
The internship is free and helps build ur cv for future purposes

Dislikes

They don’t let us have exposure in the operation theatre
We don't have the freedom to go for outings even if necessary
The classrooms in the department dont have ACs and can be very hot during summer

The course has great scope. It is a good course with great scope. You will get more opportunities abroad. They should let the students have more exposure in the operation theatre for a better experience

Best university for allied health science

Likes

Free wifi is provided for the students for better studing
Library is provided for the students with a calm and spacious environment

Students are not allowed to use phones in the classroom
Students have less practical knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consist of three sessionals and a final University exam. The total year of this course is 4 years with one year of internship program in the respective hospital. The exams are held every two months. There also also clinical postings held.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mainly seeing health care professionals, it made me curious to know more about this course. Very interesting at the same time easy to study and involve in working. We can also do further studies and can get into research, become scientists too!which is really a greatest opportunity.

The infrastructure is good and it is spacious.
Working in the OT was a very good experience.
I made some good friends from here which I like the most.

Dislikes

Lack of interesting classes used to be boring.
I didn't like some of the lecturers due to their weird behaviour.
The students from Kerala create issues and have a very dominating behaviour and try to rule everyone.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The first thing which influenced me to join this course was that we had OT postings and I always wanted to work in the healthcare field and the second thing was the subjects which are provided for 3 years which looked very interesting. The practical knowledge is much more important than the theoretical knowledge. If you attend postings properly you will be able to learn everything and observation of things should be done properly in the OT. They should including teaching things which has to be done by students in the OT and teaching methods should include more practical demonstration in specific areas needed. Exams conducted in each year consists of 3 sessional exams. Internal assessment marks are added based on the highest of the 2 sessional exams. Practical exam and viva is conducted in 2nd and 3rd year which will be added to the internal assessment marks. Final exams includes all the topics from 3 sessional exams. Exams are easy if thorough preparation is done prior.
