Karnataka State Open University offers postgraduate courses as approved by the university grant commission. The university offers postgraduate programs of M.Com, MA and M.Sc. in 11 specializations each. The college also offers MBA program at the master’s level. No, entrance examination is not necessary for admission to all the courses in Karnataka State Open University. The admission to some courses is done on merit basis (marks secured in the previous qualifying examination).
Students seeking admission in the M.Sc Mathematics program of KSOU must have a B.Sc or B.Sc Honors in Mathematics from a recognized university with at least 50% marks. But the university has closed the admission registration process for the 2022-23 academic session on November 15, 2022.
