Homely place to learn.. Chetna school of business

Likes

Ambience was great with all the modern facilities like laptop with free wifi connection,
Good canteen with all types of healthy options.
The experience of professor was tremendous. We had 2 professors who had earlier worked in some big mncs

Dislikes

Locality of college was very from city where we didn't have adequate shops for our daily needs.
Strict code of conduct was not follwed in terms of dress code, use of local language.
As compared to other colleges there were less number of co curicullar activities.

Placement Experience:

Students after 3rd semester are eligible to appear for placements. Companies like reliance retails, more, wipro, n itc were top companies that visited our campus. A Student from our batch with highest package of 9 lac pa was placed in wipro and the average package being some where between 3 to 6 lacs. Overall we had 15 placement among the batch of 36 students. After my masters degree i want purusue some specalised course like cfa , cma then opt for foreign country job.

A ginormous campus with different buildings for different degrees
Excellent support from the faculty in both sports and academics
Provides all the information for a student to pursue their dreams

Dislikes

No friendly nature in between students of different classes
Fights may happen once a year in between students
Teachers sometimes wont provide on time information

Placement Experience:

Only final year students are eligible for the placements and the companis offered by our college are infosis, tcs, accenture, piramal finance, 24.[AI] and many more companies. 99 % of the students gets placed in the company's.

Likes

I liked a very good atmosphere in this college
This college is involved in many events like fest and other functions
This college has an excellent ncc and sports camp which helps students to be active

Dislikes

Timings of sports is very insufficient and not every sport opens faster
Some staff are quite polite and some are rude not very rude but are very motivating
Timings of sport is vetted insufficient and not every sport opens fatser

Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course was technological developments. This curriculum has helped me a very lot for my real world projects and further academic pursuits

The up and downs of jss college

Likes

Campus teachers the faculty and food accommodation
The people over there the staff are friendly
The facilities provided in the campus too good

Dislikes

The use of Kannada language is more preferred
Too huge campus should walk a lot than usual
The parking areas in the campus crowded too many buildings

Placement Experience:

After semester 4 students are eligible for campus placements the companies who commonly visit are aequs Infosys Accenture Bajaj finance reliance companies HCL Wipro and further on about 70% of students get placements the highest package offered is 5LPA my plan is going for masters

I liked our college campus very much. our college campus got A++ grade
Cleanliness of college environment and maintained washrooms
I liked our college class rooms and smartboard facilities insides the classes

Dislikes

Our college ground need to be get better especially in rainy days
They dont allow us to stand even single second in campus
Water supply should need to improve in washrooms

Likes

Found best friends who are always cheerful, and also college conducts more functions which is best part
Found lectures who are always supportive
Lab practical skills are given precedence

Dislikes

Campus is not to big compared to other campus
Other then College campus there are non of the issues here.
For differently abled people there is no lift facility or parking wheelchair facility, it has stairs

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course is depended on New Education Policy it has all technical as well as non technical subjects but are really easy-pisy, you have maths related topics, program practicals as well as logic behind it, we got languages like hindi/kannada, english which are score boosting subjects, now come to think as a BCA student i have to focus mainly on program related subjects which are usefull to implement in future.

The faculty and teaching are good they clear all the doudt of the students which helps the students
The event they support to the students in good way best way they give to involve in everything

Placement won't get it properly because things students needs
Package of placement won't be satisfying so the issue students face
Some intership need to students they won't provide

KCD college , the place where legends have studied

Likes

College Environment, Cool campus with lots of greenary.
Vast library facility and hospital availability in the case of emergency
Some Good staff and teachers . Made us realize the importantance of time

Dislikes

Unavailability of drinking water on some days
Hectic time table. Have to come early far from my native place
Syllabus is covered very quickly in like 2.5 months but they are efficient teachers

I have chosen the BCA course. Its a trending course in IT field. Im fond of Computers and i like to work with computers. Our college prepares us for thr challenges in our future. They can improve the course duration because they often hurry and complete the syllabus in a flash
