In the first and second year worrkload is high, although those works are very rewarding eventually.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee varies year wise, first and second year - 1.6 lakhs per seamester third and fourth year - 1.92 lakhs per seamester fifth year - 2.3 lakhs per seamester Hostel Charge - 38k per seamester Mess charge - 28k per seamester There are various scholarships such as Utkarsha Scheme , which provides tution fee reimbursment for top jee rankrer Then there are cgpa based scholarships,those who score more than 9 cgpa ovrerall are awarded with 50k scholarship for that year.

I like curriculum here . It is so good that you will learn what is needed for industry.

The fees are so high that on an average for 5 years, you get to pay 600000 per year for an integrated MTech course. There are some scholarships available. You can get up to 50,000 scholarships if you are in the top 5 of your batch every year. Jee ranks below 1000 and can study without academic fees.

The fee you should pay will be increasing for each sem as you go up. We will pay almost 5.5 in full 1st year,then 6 in second ye,6 in 3rd yr, 7 in 4th yr same in 5th year (all are in lakhs). We can pay through bank loans through education loans which will provided easily from nearby canara bank where every one in clg will take from..

The course curriculum and the exposure towards research

The fees is 6 lakhs per year I.e 3 lakh per semester. There are concessions for students who are in Dean's merit list. To get into the list, a student needs to get atleast 3.6/4 cgpa.Stident can also take loan easily.

Campus life and curriculum which is so perfect

Tution fees is 2240000 , hostel fees per semester is 30000 and mess fees per semester 30000. I dint get any scholarships but if we are above 3.6 Gpa we will get scholarships of 50 k per year which is sufficient .

The fees is really high and hostel stay is mandatory. Girls have some extent of fee waivers and scholarships but the rest have nothing. From third year onwards TAship could give you around 15000 a year but looking at the bigger picture it is really high. Placements in the is th eonly major relief unless you are already rich.

Expectation vs reality

Fee hikes don't occur. Instead they are predetermined in the fees info page on the college website. As of 2023-24, It costs about 30 lakhs to study here. Jee Main rankers holding rank below 999 get exemption from 22,40,000 rs of tuition fees and there is a generous scholarship for female students as well. On campus jobs are limited to roles like Teaching Assistants or Research Scholars.

3rd best college in Odisha after IIT & NIT

There is no any scholarship opportunities for other state students. Only home state students take the advantage of scholarship. Tution fee waiver is also applicable for only home state student.also there is no loan facility is provide by college.
