GITAM University Bengaluru Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

As we are suffering in recession there is less companies to give offers for students. In Gitam they are trying there best to get the companies. Also they are trying to get sales or business role jobs to give an opportunity for every student to get a job.

6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like Bosh, Infosys, TCS, Amazon. Highest package according to last year was 16lakh per annum. More than 50percentage students will be placed every year

Students typically become eligible for campus placements from 6th sem onwards.After Completeing my degree I planned to explore opportunities in the the field of technology and data science peruing higher studies are gaining practical experience.

From starting of 6th semester students will get eligible for placements to get attended. Companies that visited for placements varied across sectors, including IT, finance, consulting,manufacturing, and more.The number of offers made by each company can vary greatly ranging from 100 to depending on the company size. The highest package till date is 15 lakhs ler annum in bangalore campus and the average package is 5 lakhs. Aprroximately 80% of the students will get placed despite of packages. Rather going to do job I would prefer doing masters in abroad.

I have choosen to beacome an Automobile engineer in Mechanical Engineering major.Student faculty ratio was good limited to 1:30.Karnataka faculty was really good and they culture exploration also.Exams will be conducted in timely manner and difficulty of the exam is normal not that much hard to pass.student focus on practical will be benificial for the exams compared to theory.

I'm very much interested in electronics and communication. the major thing why I chose the course is because we can get jobs in both software and hardware fields. the faculty and student ratio is very good and there is one metorship also. The faculty have good professional degrees like Ph.D., mtech etc. The teaching style of the faculty is very good.

We 5 subjects and the main ones are math, physics, mechanics, English, clad and the maths mam teaches very nicely I chose this course bec of my parents suggested meh we have 1 mentor for 14 students and we have three mse exams likely we will get one to two months of the gap of first terms and for next term will be after 2-3 weeks and next term will be after 15 days.

For 3rd-year students to become eligible for campus placements there are so many companies like Infosys, Genpact, Cognizant etc. The highest package abt 22 lac, 100% placement my place is to do a master's in another country

Yes in GITAM, the placements are often happening. It starts from the 6th sem. (mid of 3rd year). Till now I got to know that TCS, HCL, BOSCH, Honeywell, etc.. companies visited our campus and informed their requirements.

From 6 th semester students are eligible for placements. BosCH, Amazon, mind tree. Highest: 15LPA and avg package is3.6LPA 92% of students are getting placements. Currently I'm looking forward to prepare for GATE Examinationan for higher studies.
