The fee for all courses at CUJ in general and science courses, in particular, is relatively very low. There are minor changes in the fee structure every few years sometimes even decreasing the fee of some courses. It costs less than 11,000 per semester for the science courses. The stdents of reserved classes are also provided scholarships by the central and state government which finances both the tuition and hostel fee. Specifically, SC/ST students from the state of Jharkhand are supported through the EKalyan scheme of the state govenrment. On-campus jobs are not offered to science degree students but various conferences and seminars are organised through which it is possible to connect with scientists from around the world even in person. The Physics department has organised one national level conference (NCNAP-2016) and one internation conference (ICNPAP-2018) both about Nuclear and Accelerator Physics.
The yearly fee range from 8000-12000. this includes all fee all fees, sometimes examination fees will be required too but that also is not going to exceed 2000 and few assistances are also available. Along with these, a student can apply for several state and central government scholarships if eligible.
The fee is very cheap as compared to the other colleges offering the same courses,if you are a creamy student who gets distinction in overall exams the the college provides him or her 100% scholarship if not then there are many state government scholarship portal such as e-kalyan ,some central government scholarship programs are also available, there is no fee hike rather than they reduced the fee, in my 1st semester I paid I think 7200 and next semester it was 6700 , for my college if you are a student of MBA, mass communication, then you will get a good placement and a great package as well I didn't got any placement selection.
I have not availed any scholarship yet. But GATE qualified M.Tech. students get fellowship . There is national fellowship for ST students also . National scolarships by different central governmental depatments are given to maritorious students . There are some states which also give sholarship to their students studying outside .
I don't know about any scholarships provided by the college. But if you belongs to minority community, you can avail governments scholarships. If you are doctorate student then you can get stipend from the University as per the central government rules.
This Universities offers different types of scholarships for minorities. And you can also avail scholarship from Central and state government. Like if you are a natural science student you can get the INSPIRE scholarship provided by department of science and technology. And if you are a PhD student you will get stipend too.
