The M.Tech program at the college has a mixed faculty quality where some teachers offer adequate subject knowledge, while others fall short of expectations. Students might need to independently seek additional information if faculty support is inadequate. The program's fee is about INR 2.75 lakhs, which could be a barrier for some potential applicants. Notably, during the program, no companies visited for recruitment, and students had to rely on off-campus placement opportunities in locations like Greater Noida, Gurgaon, and Chandigarh.
Some students managed to secure jobs independently, such as with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd. The college did not facilitate internships, dedicating the final six months to research, called the thesis period. Scholarships were available during the B.Tech program for female students under a government initiative and also offered during the M.Tech program, but with the condition that recipients must teach students to receive the funds.
