Course Description
B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (B.Tech CSE) is an undergraduate engineering course on practical and theoretical knowledge of computer hardware and software. The minimum eligibility for this course requires passing class 12th/ Higher Secondary Examinationin Physics, Mathematics and English with a minimum of 50% marks.
B.Tech CSEis a course completed over a span of four year just like any other engineering course. It is also often pitted againstBachelor of Computer Application (BCA). The mode of admission is through State/ National/ University Joint Entrance Examination.
The average tuition fee for this course ranges between 2Lakhs INR to 10 Lakhs INR.
B.Tech CSEgraduates can find employment in academic institutions, IT software companies, journalism, sales and marketing. The job profiles for graduates of this course can be lecturer, technical editor, content developer, Software engineer, software developer, programmer analyst, test engineer etc.

- First of all let's talk about the campus life. It is average not good not bad. I enjoy in being in a huge campus and love the greenery. College fests take place and there are various societies for entertaining and be in touch with some great people.
- The faculty is good in my department. They are cool and understand students problems. The teaching style of the professors is good enough to grasp the topic. Doubts are also cleared on the spot. The subjects and curriculum is well designed.
Dislikes
- There are delays in the work and sometimes much much time is wasted. The swimming pool was built 2 years ago but it has not started till now due to some case. The workers keep delaying the work again and again.
- Placement is good according to the college but it has more potential to grow. Sometimes the efforts put in by the Training and placement cell is low(considering package). The services provided inside the campus can be much better.

- Campus is very large, you wouldn't feel bored because alot things to do in the university campus
- Cafeteria area is too good, nd almost 5 are there in university campus

- So teachers are bad at teaching, you should really on your own study
- Campus is very big, hard to go for at the end of it

In 1st you should give 17500 In 2nd year you should give 12000 In 3rd year you should give 11000 And in each semester you've to give 3500 as your examination fees And this fees is compulsory for each categories of students There is a scholarship program also for the student of sc, st. In which all your 3 year fees refunded to you. This is for BCA course

- I like this university campus that is awesome.

- here the management of university is very poor .
- There is very bad infrastructure of hostels .

The total fees I paid in Ist year 55000. If any student have any categories like sc st then his or her fees refund in their bank account.one my friend he is from sc category he paid only 2700 rupees per year only . He has sc quota .he is studying freely. And my friends that are from obc category got the scholarship 20k per year that scholarship name is pms but for getting this scholarship students parents income should be under some limit that is available on Google. And also general students can get scholarship according to their family income that scholarship can be from state government or can be also from central government.

I have paid tution fee of 55975 in my first year and from 2nd year onwards it will be reduced by 10,000 and my friend from sc category is not giving any tution fee ( paying but refundable under scholarship) .

The year wise fees will be approximately 1 lakh including hostel. The tution fees is 8000 per semester. And all the extra expenditures are included in the odd semester which happens to be around 45000.

- The library of the campus is really good. It is a huge building with a clean environment.
- There so many restaurants inside the campus and also near the campus.
Dislikes
- The authorities of the university are not supportive at all.
- The drinking water facility is not so good. The water cooler is not cleaned so there is no sign of hygiene.

The fees is vary in each semester. I took admission in 2023. My first sem fees was Rs.17400. in my 2nd sem the fees lowered to Rs.3250 and now I'm in my 2nd year and the fees of my 3rd sem was Rs.11900.

- Hostel has weak wifi service and rooms are very small for two student.
- Mess food is very bad and they do not maintain hygiene

There is no increment in the middle of the course, it is the same for the whole course. but you can face an increment in the hostel fee. almost 5 lakh rupees are required for the whole course which includes all types of fees. you can get some caste-based scholarships and also-based scholarship is there. I didn't have done any internship till now. there is a student from sc category who pay 25% of the total fee.

- The infrastructure is quite good the campus area is about 300 acres which is a great point
- Hostel facility is quiet good as compared to other engineering colleges
Dislikes
- The crowd here is something that is not very good
- Placements are not very good in DCRUST MURTHAL

Fee structure is quite nominal in bean Bandhu chotu Ram University of Science and Technology in around 4 lakhs BTech is completed for a general student and if you belong to SC ST or EWS category your fees is more likely to be lesser

Basically the fees structure looks like In first year you have to pay more as compare to other years because of library charge and many Thats araund 47000+9500 = 56500 2nd year = 35000+9500 = 44500 And same for 3rd 4th Many scholarships are there such as who top the exams and the family who have income less than 250000

- And wifi speed is too low for student to use

The fee structure is decent as normal middle class student can afford it as it is yearly 80000 and it is to be paid in 2 half after every 6 months. Scholarship is given according to the marks scored in 12 class if percentage is above 80, scholarship amount is 12000, and if is above 90 percentage scholarship amount is 25000. Employment is not good, rarely any company company comes for placement.

For a B.Tech in CS or IT, YMCAUST, Faridabad is better. It has a better CSE faculty. The placement and exposure offered are also better than DCRUST, Murthal. Better CS/IT companies visit YMCA, Faridabad placements. According to the recent placement highlights, the highest CTC offered is around INR 29 LPA.
