Note:-

The hostel will be allotted for one session and the fee will be charged in advance.

No student will be allowed to withdraw from the hostel during the session. The hostel fee is refundable only before beginning of the session as per refund policy of the University. Hostel fee is not refundable after the commencement of session and once the student has joined the hostel.

Only in case of first year student’s withdrawal during the session, food cost of the remaining period will be refunded.

The students who stay in the hostel for one full session and are interested in continuing for next session also, they will have to get re- registered for next session by paying Rs. 20,000/-. Such re-registration shall normally take place in the month of April. If a student doesn’t avail hostel facility after getting himself re-registered, his deposit of Rs. 20,000/- will be forfeited. In case of his/her joining in the next session on the basis of this registration, this amount of Rs. 20,000/- will be adjusted towards the hostel fee

In case of any pending dues an amount of Rs. 100/- per day would be charged as fine.

Hostel accommodation may be provided for one semester to the students having internship on payment of 60% of hostel fee.

Hostel accommodation for six months may be provided in the even semester based on the availability on payment of 60%of hostel fee.

Hostel facility are very good , every room is air conditioned and well structured. Students are provided with a bed and a study table. They have to live in sharing of 3 students. Mess facilities are included in hostel fees.
