The process is conducted online, requiring applicants to purchase a password key from a bank to access the ACPC website. Students apply online and, based on their merit, can choose preferred colleges during a choice-filling period. Successful candidates are notified and must pay the fees at a designated bank before submitting the receipt and documents to the college.
The faculty at the college is mostly comprised of young members aged 25 to 35, with Master's degrees from reputed institutions like SVNIT and other NITs. A typical semester includes 5 to 6 subjects. The engineering program costs 85,000 INR annually, totaling about 3 lakh INR over three years, with a semester fee of 46,000 INR payable online. A late fee of 500 INR or 1,000 INR per week is charged for overdue payments.
The placement rate after graduation stands at 50%, with civil engineering students experiencing a lower placement rate of 10% to 15%. All 7th-semester students must complete a mandatory two-month internship. Although the university has achieved high ranks in multiple semesters, no scholarships have been approved, except for the BU Patel Scholarship, which offers 20,000 INR and covers half of the tuition fees for top students in each department. The Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) is available for students from families with an annual income not exceeding 1.2 lakh INR.
However, the university does not provide loan facilities for students.
