Not all Dental Colleges are bad.

Likes

The exposure given as patient flow is very nice. Many opportunities are given to us as students.
The campus is huge and almost everything is available inside the canpus.
The quality of teaching is very good and is given importance to.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but improvements can be brought in mess.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum has remained the same since past many years which needs to be changed nationwide. But our college brings up new challenges and tasks for us to learn from it including digital dentistry.

my honest review for my dream study place

Likes

I like the campus environment because it is full of greenery
I like the college facilities because they are always kind to every student and always supportive
I like the college hostel facilities because they provide stay facilities for students from outside of the Ahmedabad and also provide special seat for pwd students

Dislikes

I don't like college area because it is fully high profile area and if i have to buy some local things than i have to travel far from the college area
I don't like college at the submission time period because there are so much rush during that time period
Sometimes there are water problems occurs in the whole college so it was quite difficult time for us

Placement Experience:

from ending of 6th semester and starting of the 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements, if I talk about it and computer files many companies like wipro , IBM , Accenture , Rtcamp , and many more companies are visited and around 70 to 75 % students get placed every year in computer and it fields.last year 5 students get package of 12LPA and 8 student get package of 8.5 to 9 LPA.personally I want to get placed in one of renown company with decent package after graduation

Placements are very good in our college especially for our branch as almost 90 % students gets placed.there are many companies like TCS, ACCENTURE, RELIANCE,ADANI,etc come to get students recruitment average package is 5-6 lpa and maximum is 14 lpa

My college is the best college which I have seen .In this college there atmosphere is very lovely so that I can study properly here.There are lovely garden in my college so that when all the students become tired so they sit in the garden .
In My College There are lovely faculty members. Including our h.o.d .
In this college there are several companies come to placements.

Dislikes

In this college the city is been so far from this college
The admission of students are not gone in proper ways.
Some new students give ragging to the senior which is not good for the students.

If there are teachers that must be highly qualified in the colleges for that subject so they trying to make simple method to teach the students in the colleges. In early days sometimes I cannot understand some topics in My subject so therefore I go to my subject teacher to help me.

It's one of the oldest and most renowned universities in Gujarat, known for its academic excellence and research contributions.
Gujarat University offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across various disciplines, catering to diverse academic interests.
It has a strong faculty team comprising experienced professors and researchers who contribute significantly to the academic and research endeavors of the university.

Dislikes

Particularly in popular courses, overcrowded classrooms or limited resources can impact the quality of learning experience for students.
certain departments or facilities may still face infrastructure limitations or outdated facilities.

Placement Experience:

The students became eligable for placement from last Sem. The Uni have tie ups with various industries partners for campus placement. Companies visited for campus placement are: Delloite TCS HDFC Bank ICICI bank QX Global group. etc Percentage of students getting placement are about 30%. My plan is to get hired by any known company at Campus placement.

Likes

Experienced Professors providing vast knowledge
Providing better learning throughout the course by the laboratory work

Dislikes

Can have better infrastructure along with AC would be better

Placement Experience:

The Placements in the college are excellent. Till now in 2024 batch more than 800 students have been placed in various companies of more than 100. Final year students are eligible for the campus placement. The average package provided varies according to the department, the overall average package can said as 5 LPA.

B j medical must for mbbs students

Likes

Faculty and management are extraordinary,need improvement in building infrastructure
Teaching is so smooth,well experienced faculty,and proper demonstration
Sports and events are also there which helps students to be mentally and physically fit.

Dislikes

Building infrastructure and travelling to college.
College campus is too old and ac are not working properly
Time management and other digital services

Placement Experience:

After completing the course student had to complete internship. Civil hospital Ahmedabad The package depends on branch lies between 40000 to 180000. 90% of students get placement. My plan is to complete post-graduation and look forward for md.

Reflection of Medical College

Likes

For Research purposes College provides much support and Faculty guides us for each aspect of whole process .Clinical knowledge by attending postings are one of key point to opt this college
Mentorship quality of professors are outstanding they help us for learning different genres of medical world

Dislikes

Sports facilities are not present in adequate amount .
Campus amenities is not present in sufficient amount.
Placement services not provided by college.

While Choosing this course my purpose to learn clinical aspect about how to deal with patients so only this one can fulfill my motive of medical learning.our curriculum prepares us for real world by giving live face to face people interaction.teaching method can be improved by taking alternative methods rather than PPT slides . frequency of exam is appropriate due to once in year exam present and their difficulty is moderate.

Likes

Large campus with government security and location
Nature is good in campus and you can have good time with friends

My personal experience in the college

Likes

The faculties- at this college are highly qualified and experienced with their subjects, And also they have certain patterns to teach so that the students can understand quickly and the faculties are very friendly and also they also encourages you.
The Activities- Here in this college they arranges different activities like social work and social awareness and also different campaigns
The sports- This college provides different options in sports also and if you are more into the sports than this is the best college for you.

Dislikes

I think they have to work on their management

Placement Experience:

The placements will be offered to students in the 6th sem which is the last year. The Tata Consultancy services (T.C.S) has direct tie-up with the college and there are also different companies which visits. The highest package is 1200000. There are 60% to 70% chances of students getting placement. I will pursue U.S C.M.A after the B.com.
