Students face challenging assessments, with high failure rates initially, but these decrease over time as students adjust. The program includes a 4.5-year MBBS course followed by a 1-year internship at the college hospital, allowing interns to gain practical experience across various departments.

Interns earn a stipend of Rs. 22,000 monthly. The annual MBBS fee is Rs. 785,000 under the government quota and Rs. 1,500,000 under the management quota, totaling Rs. 3,532,500 for the full course under the government quota. Hostel fees are Rs. 80,000 annually, excluding utilities. Students often buy second-hand books due to high costs.
