Likes

There is an opportunity to take a scholarship named mysy and other scholarships like food bill.
In college you get a placement in the 4th year you can also internship in the 4th year and the faculty also support you in your life.
The faculty members are really helpful and are highly qualified and they are helpful in every time i faced any difficulties and they are very kind to everyone,their behaviour towards the student is very well appreciable.

Dislikes

I did not like the lake area. It smells very bad.
Some teachers are very bad at teaching and lack in their abilities
Some furniture of some institutes is also outdated. Like in Depstar, in ground and first floor, the benches are very hard to sit upon. The cables of some labs are also loose which can harm our devices.

Detailed review of charusat university

Likes

Infrastructures and buildings are good, well maintained
Campus is full of greenary and covered with lots of trees, lake is also there which gives elegant view to the campus
Lab equipments and computer systems are sufficients

Dislikes

Doesn't provide necessary skills which is useful in industry
Curriculum lacks subjects which are really helpful to students in corporate
Doesn't provide that much placement assistance whenever you need some help and guidance

Course Curriculum Overview:

If I compare course curriculum to government colleges of Gujarat then it is way better than them but it still lacks practical subjects and industry oriented skills which are necessary for students to grow in corporate world. Exams was conducted on monthly basis as unit tests and then final semester exam.

Charusat college review

Likes

The campus is very big and beautiful. It is full of greenery and gardens. There is also one big garden where we can play football and cricket.
The are so many places to eat like Nidhisha Canteen, Yogi, Iceberg, vaghbakri, etc
The college has so many departments like engineering, medical, management, etc. So, you get to come up with so many new people and make friends.

Dislikes

The students of Computer engineering are so many which will be a disadvantage for us during placement.
In depstar, the faculties have made the college like a school. We are not free to do whatever we want to do.
The furniture is outdated of many areas of the college. It should be updated.

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th semester, students can become eligible for campus placements. Various companies visted our college are:- TCS, IBM, Motorola, MG motors, e-infochips, Talent-systems, Mastek , ThinkBiz, etc. Highest Package of this year till now is 12LPA and average is around 4 LPA. Almost more than 80% students get placed every year.

Review on charusat college

Likes

First thing i liked about my college is its campus, it is a huge campus with greenery all around the campus. There is a one big ground in the right side of the entrance where students can play cricket and football.
The another thing is that the students of the charusat can avail free medical facilities. The student has to just get a sign from hod and one slip which they can show in hospital reception and can avail free checkup and medicines up to some extent.
The events that happen in our college are also very fascinating. There is a one Spoural event, which is a sport event which lasts for one month is the most loved part

Dislikes

The college does not provide any hostel facilities to the boys. So, boys had to go for private hostels outside the college which are quite expensive. Some even rent a flat, or go for PG in vadtal or anand and daily do updown from them.
I also don't like the attendance criteria. I know that every college has its own attendance criteria but there should be exemption for students who get cgpa >9 so that they can focus more on practical things.
Some furniture of some institutes is also outdated. Like in Depstar, in ground and first floor, the benches are very hard to sit upon. The cables of some labs are also loose which can harm our devices.

Placement Experience:

The students here can become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. Actual placement season starts from 7th sem but some good companies come in during end of 6th sem where they filtered out good students and take them. Many companies had visited, some are:- E infochips, Crest Data systems, ThinkBiz, Mastek, TatvaSoft, IBM, Talent System, krishaweb, etc. The average package is around 3-4 lakhs and highest package of this year is 12lakhs. Around than 80-90% students get placed each year. My plan is to study abroad

My Campus life

Likes

I liked the facilities and technology provided at college
The overall campus cleanliness is too good
The university promotes sports and other extra curricular activities

Dislikes

I did not like the lake area. It smells very bad.
College lacks proper water facilities and drinking water
Some teachers are very bad at teaching and lack in their abilities

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are provided in our college and many comapanies do come for recruitements. We are allowed to do internship after the 4th sem and allowed to sit in placements after 6th sem. The highest package provided is of 1200000 and I also plan to sit for placements.

Review Of my college life

Likes

Campus Infrastructure and amenities includes modern classrooms with up-to-date technology. It has well-equipped laboratories and libraries. Clean and well maintained campus grounds. Availability of sports facilities and recreational areas.
The faculties of college have good qualifications and expertise in their respective subject. Their teaching methods are effective and they use modern teaching aids. They provide resources and support to all students.
The University provide Career support and placements opportunities. They have strong industry connections and regular campus recruitment drives. They provide Internship opportunities and practical exposure to industry standards.

Dislikes

The university does not update its curriculum to match industry trends. Lack of interdisciplinary courses and elective options. Insufficient focus on practical and hands on learning.
Limited opportunities for student faculty interaction outside of class.
Bureaucratic processes being slow and inefficient. Limited support services like counseling and career guidance. Communication gaps between administration and students.

Placement Experience:

The students after completing the third year of college(i.e 6th sem) are eligible to seat in campus placements. Companies which have visited our campus are Bacancy, TatwaSoft, Celebel, Crashed Data System, E-info chips, Mastek, Gateway, TCS, IBM labs, Motorola solutions, Odoo, Talent System, Think Biz. The highest package provided in our campus placements is 120000 per annum and the average packages provided are 3-4LPA. Almost 90% of students are getting placed. After getting degree I will opt for placements

Review on CHARUSAT university

Likes

The most important thing that i liked about my college is its greenery. Charusat campus is completely filled with full lush greenery
The another thing is that the ratio of faculty to student is good. This allows for more personalized attention and mentoring
The university offers modern infrastructure with well-equipped labs, libraries and classrooms.

Dislikes

First thing that i disliked about my college is that there are very limited number of clubs, most famous is Google Development Student Clubs (GDSC).
The benches of some floors of the institute are outdated. They are flat and it is hard to be sit on.

Informal Review about my college life

Likes

I apreciated from college is that all faculties are very nice to students they always try to help students
Teaching skills are not much good, as they have knowledge but not good enough teaching skills.
Much companies are coming for placements.

Dislikes

The thing which is disliked are the attendance criteria as they take attendance very seriously.
Another thing which i don't like is work load for balancing classes, assignment, exams, and extracurricular activities.
Also they majorly focuses on theory portion rather than letting us doing practical to gain more practical experience.

Placement Experience:

The placement of college are well going as many of my senior are getting placed having good enough starting package the name of companies which visits in our college are motorola, tcs, crest data system, reliance industries,infosys infocusp, gateway, IBM Labs, as of engineering ther is 97.33% of placement are taking place on an average

Perspective on Academics, Faculty and Campus Life

Likes

I appreciate the expertise and dedication of the faculty at CHARUSAT. The university hires well qualified professors who are knowledgeable in their fields.
CHARUSAT is known for its modern infrastructure , including well-equipped laboratories, libraries, and classrooms.
The curriculum is designed such a way that helps students stay up-to-date with current industry standards and prepares them for professional challenges.

Dislikes

Despite of good infrastructure facilities, there could be improvement in certain areas such as Wi-Fi connectivity, library resources, or laboratory resources.
Although placement cell is active, the quality and quantity of placement opportunities can vary.
The range of activities and events could be broadened to cater to more diverse interests.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Approx 60 % students get placed from college placement. Last year highest placement was of 36 lakhs. average package is of 4.5 lakhs My plan is to do further study in foreign country.

Ranked among top 3 University in Gujarat by GSIRF.
Certified as center of excellence by government of Gujarat.

Dislikes

This university is located in the village area so it is difficult to get essential goods and other things in nearby area.
University is not provided the hostel facility inside the campus for boys especially. Boys have to compulsory live in private hostels

Placement Experience:

Palcements in the university is pretty good among teir 3 universities. Most tech companies from gujarat are coming for recruitments of freshers. Companies are offering packages of 4-6 lakhs lpa in average. Most companies that are coming are services base companies .

Dislikes

This university is located in the cillage area so it is difficult to get essential goods and other things in nearby area .
University is not providing the hostel facility inside the campus for boys especially. Boys have to compulsory live in private hostels by paying hefty fees.
University is hiring faculties without knowing the teaching skills and ability to commute their thoughts to the students clearly .
