First it is located in a very scenic place
The Infrastructure of the campus is just awesome
The hostel is top notch which is well equipped with modern facilities and new furniture.

Dislikes

It is far from city exposure. You don't get Swiggy and zomato here
The signal of all telecom companies are not that strong in the campus.
This campus is new so you have to struggle for getting the work done properly

College send you for compulsory internship which is a part of our curriculum which you will experience in 4th yr of the course along with that you get a chance to sponser for all India trip. You get experience of agricultural startup and agriventures.

ICAR IARI NEW DELHI- The heaven for agricultural science

Likes

Research excellence: significant contribution to green revolution and agricultural sciences in India. High yielding crop varieties and many more works that are to be appreciated have been done. Prestigious institution with a great deal of research.
Faculty support: Encourages students to participate and engage in their researches and influence them to contribute greater knowledge and value to the Indian agricultural society for its betterment and prosperity. Caring faculty that feels like a fam
Clubs and sports: entertainment and sports also come hand in hand. Life at IARI is so different that not even other private universities can provide. Overall character and attitude build up is done differently in here that is absolutely essential.

Dislikes

Strict policies: sticking to curfew timings and wearing Id cards are mandatory
Slow management: very slow response to students

Internships Opportunities:

International internship for fur 3 toppers from each batch. Students who perform well are given this opportunity to encourage them to work with involvement with joy and a Healthy competition. Seniors also guide one through.

The faculty and staff members are too helpful. Every problem is adressed as soon as possible and you get the best exposure to work at hand experience
The laboratories are well equipped with almost all the equipments required for the course

Dislikes

There aren't proper classroom facility rn but it will be provided soon it is said
Right now we don't have a placement cell as we are the first UG batch

Internships Opportunities:

Right now we are not having an internship opportunity in our college. Although a placement and internship cell will be set up soon. Although we are agriculture students so we have such courses in our curriculum though.

IARI as Premier Agricultural Institution

Placement Experience:

Almost 100%. No one is unemployed. IARI alumunus command very good reputation and are sought after various concerned organisations. Infact, sevearl VIce chancellors of agricultural universities, Directors of Institutes and Director Generals of International Institutes such as International Rice Resaerch Institute, Manila, Phillipines hare proud alumni of this great institution. Its several alumuni have won Prestigious World Food Prize.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college were quite good. Companies visited our college in the last semester and selected the candidates on the basis of interview conducted by them. Almost all students of my batch were placed in good companies.
