For getting an admission into Sarguja University for a Diploma Program in Pharmacy, one should have scored more than 50% marks in the required subjects in 10+2 and need to clear CG-Pre Pharmacy Test (CG-PPHT) conducted by the state government. I was able to clear it and hence got admission into this course. The rest of the college process went smoothly and I was asked to submit my photograph, admission form for this college, result for 10+2 and some other documents.

I am currently studying M.Sc (Environmental Science) from Sarguja University, Chhattisgarh. Candidates who are seeking admission in M.Sc course have to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the university and will be only considered eligible if they have score more than 50% in all the subjects in 10+2 and hold a bachelor? degree in the required field. The admission process was trouble free as I had to fill up the university form online and once the results were out, I had to just submit the required documents in the college.

There are reserved seats for schedule caste and schedule tribes and apart from it, there is an entrance exam. After all these hurdles, I managed to get the admission based on entrance exam scores and my academic background. Students can choose any platform from the two as an online or offline platform for admission. I applied online at the official website link where the application form was available.

There was an admission link for the master of science program at the official portal, I applied with all the scores and previous academics after which I was selected as I had above-average scores. Students as per the convenience applied for admission online or offline at the university itself.

Candidates who have completed Class 12, graduation and post-graduation can apply for Diploma, PG and PhD programmes, respectively. Sarguja University application process is online and offline. Interested candidates can visit the official website and submit the application form along with the application fee of Rs 350 or can visit the University campus. Admissions to the University is based on merit in the previous qualifying examination or scores obtained in qualifying entrance exams respective to the course. We had to apply for the college by filling the application form which was on the college website after that we had to submit our marks obtained in B.a and then a merit list was put up where the students were ranked on the basis of their marks and then the students,whose names were on the list were called for the campus interview.

Everything from the college management to the faculty to the infrastructure is very well maintained and trained. Except for the placement cell, there is nothing bad about the college that i can think of. It is a well reputed university and can achieve great heights in the future.

It is a state university located in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. It is a teaching cum affiliating university. It affiliates 75 colleges and has 7 departments. It was established in 2008. The colleges have done a good job in the past few years overall.

Sarguja University is a good place to pursue your desired degree with an appropriate amount of fees. But there are many services and facilities to be improved on the university campus such as hostel infrastructure.
