Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course due to my interest in the food and nutrition sector. Student: faculty ratio is healthy. Professors here are highly qualified with PhDs, post-doctoral research, research papers, etc in their respective fields. This 4-year course has 3 years of Theories and Practical semesters with exams of both at the end and 2-semester internships which are an Experiential learning programme and a Rural awareness work experience program as per the curriculum prescribed by ICAR.

Placement Experience:

In our 7th semester , we have Experimental learning Programme (ELP) and 8th semester is dedicated to internship under RAWEP programme at various KVK stations located nearby. Quite few students get placed. However, our college is trying it's best to bring companies to our college for campus selection. Many students opt for higher studies or prepare for Govt Jobs after graduation.

Remarks:

The college is beautiful along with the Pine garden, citrus research station, spice Garden, a tea garden. It is a beautiful campus for studying and chilling. It is away from the chaos of the city but well connected

Remarks:

The college has a very good techers. There is very good relationship between teacher and students. Many of the teachers are working on the different AICRP projects so they share there experience with us it helps us a lot.
