Eligibility Criteria

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per UGC rules)
  • For full-time scholars: First class in both B.Tech and M.Tech with scholarship support
  • For part-time scholars: M.Tech with first class or equivalent qualification as per UGC norms
  • Candidates with interdisciplinary qualifications may be considered with departmental approval and Research Management Committee (RMC) consent
  • Minimum 60% aggregate marks in qualifying degree (exceptional cases may be referred to RMC)
