Vignan University Admission 2024 is open. The application form can be downloaded from the official website of Vignan University and the application fee must be paid through Demand Draft. Vignan University offers admission to UG, PG and Ph. D programme focusing on Science and Technology. Higher Secondary Examination (12th) examination qualified candidate will be eligible for admission in UG courses. Bachelor’s degree holder in the relevant subject can apply for admission in Post Graduation courses. Candidate must hold a PG degree for admission in Ph.D. programme.
Admission to B.Tech/B. Pharm will be based on the performance in V-SAT conducted by the university or based on JEE Mains/Advanced AP EAMCET/ TS EAMCET. The selection in BBA/BCA will be based on the V-JET conducted by the University and admission to B.Sc will be Merit-Based. Students must have qualified GATE for admission in M.Tech. The final selection is based on Personal Interview round. CAT/ MAT qualified applicants will be considered for MBA admission. Admission to MCA will be based on the performance in AP ICET/TS ICET conducted by Andhra Pradesh. Ph.D. admission will be based on NET score followed by an Interview round.

Vignan University B.Tech./B.Sc(Hons) Agriculture/B. Pharmacy Admission 2024
The university offers full-time B.Tech (General+ Lateral Entry) and B.Pharm courses in various streams for the duration of four years. 10+2 with PCM/B is the minimum eligibility criteria for B.Tech and B.Pharm. B.Tech (Lateral Entry) requires B.Sc or Diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
B.Tech and B.Pharm admission is granted based on a valid score in V-SAT/ JEE Main or EAMCET.

- Candidates born on or after 1st July, 2005 can apply for admission.
- Passed in Intermediate or its equivalent minimum of 60% aggregate marks are eligible to appear for the admission test.
- 2-year Agriculture diploma holders are also eligible for admission into B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture.

- Admission to B.Tech./B.Sc(Hons) Agriculture/B. Pharmacy programs will be through Vignan's Scholastic Aptitude Test, V-SAT an online test, conducted by Vignan's Deemed to be University on an India basis.
- Candidates qualified in AP or TS EAMCET / JEE(Mains) / JEE(Advanced) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the +2 / Intermediate examinations are also eligible for admission.

- BBA: Candidates born on or after 1st July, 2005 and a pass in intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum 55% aggregate marks in AP & TS and 50% aggregate marks in all other states in the +2 / Intermediate examination are eligible for admission.
- BCA: Candidates born on or after 1st July, 2005 and a pass in intermediate(M.P.C or BI.P.C) with a minimum 55% aggregate marks in AP & TS and 50% aggregate marks in all other states in the +2 / Intermediate examination are eligible for admission.

Vignan University M.Tech Selection Criteria
- Admission to M.Tech will be based on the performance in GATE
Vignan University MBA/MCA Admission 2024
Graduation in any discipline is the minimum eligibility criteria for MBA while for MCA, the candidates must have studied Mathematics as one of the main subjects at 10+2 or Bachelor’s level.
Vignan University MBA/MCA Eligibility
- MBA: 55% in any Bachelor's Degree.
- MCA: A pass in BCA/ B.Sc. (Computer Science) / equivalent degree OR A pass in B.Sc.with Mathematics at 10+2 level. Obtained at least 55% marks in the qualifying examination.

Vignan University MBA/MCA Selection Criteria
- MBA: CMAT Score above 130, ICET Rank below 25,000 / MAT score above 500 / Min. 70% in CAT.
- MCA: TS ICET followed by Counselling
Vignan University PhD Admission 2024
Vignan University offers a Ph.D. program in full-time, part-time and external modes in various disciplines. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate is the minimum eligibility criteria. Selection is made on the basis of academic performance (20% weightage for UG degree and 30% for PG), previous experience (5% weightage), Publications (5% weightage) and written test and interview with 15% and 25% weightage respectively.

- PG degree holder or equivalent degree in a relevant subject.
- Minimum 60% marks secured in the qualifying examination.
Vignan University PhD Selection Criteria
- Written Test followed by an interview.
- GATE/CSIR NETqualified candidate will be exempted from the entrance examination.
- Final admission is offered after evaluating candidates’ performance in academics, publications and relevant work experience.
Vignan University Admission Procedure 2024
- The application form can be filled out online or it can be downloaded from the official website of the university.
- Vignan Admissions will be based on the performance in the V-SAT /EAMCET/JEE-2024.
- The basic eligibility criteria to appear for the exam is a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the +2 / Intermediate examination.
- The merit position of the candidate for admission will be based on the RANK obtained in V-SAT /EAMCET/JEE-2024.
- Through common ranking criteria, a common merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the entrance test and they will be called for the counseling to be held at the Vignan's University premises at Vadlamudi, Guntur District, A.P.
- Candidates must ensure they meet admission requirements. Participation in exams or counseling doesn't guarantee eligibility.
- Admission stands canceled if required documents aren't submitted before the specified date.
- Admissions are subject to verification from original documents. Any discrepancies found later can result in admission cancellation with the management's decision being final.

Ques. Which category of students will get special exemption during Ph.D admissions at Vignan University?
Ans. The candidates who have cleared CSIR NET/ JRF will be exempted from writing the entrance examination conducted by the University. These candidates must undergo the interview procedure even though they are exempted from the written examination. The rest of the candidates will have to write the entrance examination and undergo the interview procedure.
Ques. What is the procedure for filling the application form at Vignan University?
Ans. Two modes of application are offered to candidates taking admission at the institution. Online and offline applications are accepted at the University. The application form for BBA/BCA/Ph.D can be filled through offline mode. Candidates will have to download the application form from the website of the university and B.Tech/B.Pharm/M.Tech forms can be filled through both online and offline methods.
Ques. What is the age limit for admission into B.Tech courses at Vignan University?
Ans. Candidates born on or after 1st July 1998 will be eligible for admission in Vignan University. Candidates exceeding this age limit will not be allowed to sit for the entrance exam or for admissions into the course.
Ques. What are the entrance examinations accepted by the University for Bachelors courses at Vignan University?
Ans. The admission process consists of entrance based and merit based procedure. The entrance exams accepted for B.A courses are as follows:

Ques. What is the pattern for V-SAT?
Ans. V-SAT is a computer-based online test which consists of four sections with 120 MCQs for the duration of two and a half hours. There is no negative marking in the test.
