Kakatiya university College of engineering and technology

Likes

I like the sports and games in the college this extra curricular activities are doing every time in week
The fee is very low for such course's compared to other colleges
The labs are provided with good equipment

Dislikes

The faculty is not suitable for teaching they doesn't teach well. And doesn't complete the syllabus intimme
The college condition is very bad and in rainy season the college ground is filled with mud
The placements are with very low packages

Placement Experience:

The students from sixth semester are eligible for appearing college placements. The companies are like wipro, capGemini, tcs, tech mahindra, tata, ashok Leyland etc . In the last Acedamic year ther is over a 400 placements are came to our collge The highest package is 1200000 per annum and the least package are 220000 per annum 60 to 70 percentage pf students are getting placements every year.

college playground.every year they conduct sports event called Intramurals.we can enjoy alot .Saturday is holiday-can use this for practicing coding or anyother(our intrests)
Ragging free campus. different clubs are there.As per our intrest we can join any club .The teaching methods are very impressive
the faculty are having many years of experience .tutorials for every subject .we have to explain in tutorial hours .which helps us to improve our presentation skills

Dislikes

College playground is very small.no proper sports equipments,labs.

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester the placements willl start.after 4 semester they train u for the placements. TCS,Infosys,cognizant ,wipro,accenture,DXC,HCL,Techj mahindra,Mphasis,Mndtree,Capgemini,CGI, product based-Amazon,Chubb,Techigai,value labs,DBS,Netcracker,TA Digital,Aptude

Likes

The faculty was so experienced anf friendly with the students
The campus environment is so pleasant and full of green trees
The labs and equipment were well maintained

Dislikes

The attendance percentage is mandatory,students whom attendance is less than 75 percentage will be detained

Placement Experience:

The placement drive starts for students mostly in 6th semester,70-90% of students gets placed in different companies with a satisfied average package.Companies like CHUBB,TCS,infosys attends for hiring students

Nice college at reasonable fee

The labs of Cse and it they are air conditioned and equipped
NCC sports and nss there will be camps conducted for ncc

Dislikes

The college premises are not good and dirty
The hostel is very dirty and there will be dogs buffaloes roaming

Placement Experience:

There are few placements compared to other private colleges don't come with high expectations till now I've written few placement tests from Infosys and Genpact and the students with no active backlogs are eligible for the placement drives

Hostel mess food is not good sometimes,,
Some water problems there in the hostel,

Placements are there in our college and good placement are there and package of placements are good and encourage good internships and they provide placements and jobs based on the talent and experience

I didn't liked the college infrastructure
No transportation for girls to attend the class
No proper maintainance of college atmosphere

From the graduation 4 th year the students are eligible for the campus placement drives and there are several companies that are visiting our campus for placement drives and the average package is around 5 laks per annum

A challenging life

I appreciate for the college for conducting the exams at scheduled time
Social interaction improved a lot for better communication
The faculty is good at their core subjects

Dislikes

Lack in extra cirricular activities held at college
Labs are not good for maintenance, need to improve it
The learning facilities are not at all good in this college

From 8th semester in the final Year we go through less placements and the companies like medha, wipro, infosys offered us for the placement starting with package 5LPA .My plan after the degrre to serve this nation as a civil servant

A LEARNING LIFE

The first thing I've opted this college is for the sports and ncc
Our college conducts cultural events accordingly with a great organization
Faculty supports every aspect of student's goals guiding them towards the achievement

Dislikes

In our respective mechanical branch girls ratio is lesser than boys
Only a few classes are digitalized that makes an issue of adjustment
Campus has to be improved a little bit with a proper sports equipment

Placement Experience:

Students would be elligible to attend the campus placements from 6th semester that would be in the 3rd year The companies that have visited our are medha , Infosys, amazon , ibm and many more Mostly 75% of the students get placed

Fully equipped cse and it labs with air conditioning
Ncc and sports for the students and boot camping for them

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not quite good and Ambient
Limited classrooms without air conditioning

There are more placements for it and cse students and less for mechanical civil and eee core branches the package will 4-5 lpa and less than that too Limited companies will be there and package will be less

We had Sport's in our college we enjoy alot
We had Ncc that was great thing in our College
We had very good faculty and there very Good and nice to us

Dislikes

The Rules and Postponement of every work
Partially between the students that I don't like mostly
There is noo Required equipment in the civil and mech labs

Placement Experience:

There are no good placement opportunities for our Course that was the bad thing.My plan after getting degree I intrested to do master's in the good University.By completion of my master's I will do a Nice job

According to my friends from Kakatiya University, their CSE branch is better than other branches. Due to the flexibility of the branch, you can easily learn through self-study.

You can learn about CSE online from various resources. You will have enough time to explore the subjects that you like. The placement opportunities offered at KU are average. The median CTC offered is around 3-4 LPA.

Overall, KU is a decent option for pursuing a degree in CSE, if you are willing to learn on your own.
