IIT Hyderabad Ph.D Entrepreneurship is offered as 3 Years Full Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for Ph.D is Post Graduation. The total fees for IIT Hyderabad Ph.D Entrepreneurship in 2025 is ₹ 1.25 Lakhs for the complete course duration, which includes total tuition fees of ₹ 30,000. Earlier, the fees in 2024 - 2025 for Ph.D Entrepreneurship was ₹ 1.22 Lakhs.
