Placement Experience:

after completion of 6th sem the students are eligible for placements.Accenture ,tcs, incircles, darwin box, amazon web services etc. the heighest package is above 20 lpa and average package is 4 lpa . 90 percentage students gor placed .after degree to get a job in mncs.

Very nice college

Friendly environment with full of fresh air
Experienced Teachers who teach in a proper way

The building of our branch is under construction it makes us to feel uncomfortable
Small classrooms with less student strength

Placement Experience:

I don't know from which semester students become eligible for campus placements because I'm a fresher in this college. Tech mahindra, wipro, infosys, Microsoft, google, amazon, flipkart,apple, samsung, meesho are some of the companies that comes to our college at placement time. Highest package of our college is 52 lakhs per annum and the average package is 8 lakhs per annum. 99.9 percentage of students get placement every year. I wanted to go to abroad for my higher studies.

The campus life is very enjoyable for students
This university provides the foreigners which helps you to get good communication skills in English and other languages

Dislikes

Sometimes hostelers face "water" problems
And the electrician also very lazy to check the electrical complaints in hostel

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and they offer the average of 5 lpa there are many companies like Infosys ,Accenture ,TCS ,Wipro, Dr Reddy's and other pharma companies and chemical industries and they offer number of placements but for biotechnology there are less opportunities in India and there are many opportunities for this course outside India

Good college with average facilities

Good college environment and surroundings,
Placements are good if the student studies well, but lecturers guidence is low.

Dislikes

Poor college free transportation including no buses or autos
poor hostel facilities including old rooms with low quality electric switch boards, poor electric wire connections, dirty and poor bathrooms, low quality food.

Placement Experience:

In Andhra University College of Engineering, some of the students from ECE and CSE background getting well placed with highest of 20 lpa to 30 lpa and an average of 6lpa packages, most of the companies are software companies including Qualcomm, hcl solutions, Infosys, TCS, not all the students are getting placements in colleges, after 6th semester students can get placements.

The overall Review of Andhra university

Likes

I like the campus life and its social interactions
The mentorship quality good and the guidance is nice

Dislikes

The faculty is not so good as they are not so interested in classes
The infrastructure is not that good its a bit old

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester we are eligible for on campus placements but we can search for off campus from 6th semster itself The companies that are visited are samsung, TCS, Accenture and some others The highest package per year is around 14 lpa and the average package is 4.5 lpa My plans after getting degree is to go for higher studies in india

The computer labs will have so many systems
The campus life is the best and you have best experience

Teh computers in the lab should have the new version processors
The faculty are strict and make students to be punctual

Professors for coding in this present year explains the things from scrath which can be understandable easily
The things is about the freedom to study in library at any time of college free periods

The infrastructure should be developed and should be modified
Classes should be on the time its burden for us to atyend classes before day of exam

From 4th year 2nd semester students get eligibility for the jobs.the half of the student's are getting placed .i am planning to place in a software company.the average package is 4 lakhs and the highest is 12 lakhs per anum.the companys visted are vipro ,Google, infosys.

Likes

The college is beside the beach so it is very peaceful and view from here so beautiful
There are many cultural activities and the teachers are so friendly and they motivate us to participate and develop our skills in every aspect

Dislikes

Some seniors are so rude and aggressive, so we should be careful with them
There are no internships in 1st year to gain work experience

Placement Experience:

This college is mainly for bhm(bachelor of hotel administration) so we cannot hope many jobs for bba and mba coarses in this college because maximum jobs goes to bhm students with starting package 4 lpa to 15 lpa and bba students get an average package of 5 lpa

Overview of Andhra University college of engineering , Andhra Pradesh

Likes

It's very clean mostly. As is is situated in the beautiful city of vizag we can come across many beautiful places and with greenery everywhere
The teachers are good.. no pressure at all

Dislikes

It's based on strictly hourly bases. No break between classes
Some teachers won't teach anything . They just sit and go

Placement Experience:

As this is an government University they won't pay to companies to come here.. only desired companies who are willing to take students from here are arrived at this college. The placements are very less in our college. I heard Accenture came last year and recruited some people the average packege would be around 3 lakhs per annum, but the number of students getting placed in a company are very less. around 5 to 10 percent of the students get placed each year . I was looking to give gate and go for Mtech in an iit or other colleges

The campus is very lively that , i would feel happy just by going to the campus and there are many types of activities conducted and are hosted by the management that are able to make students enjoy the process of learning and gaining knowledge
The infrastructure of the college is good and all the buildings in the campus are very admirable . Facilities like the library, computer lab , and other laboratories and auditorium and all kinds of essential buildings are maintained with utmost care.

Dislikes

Some of the things I disliked are the strict implementation of rules such as it is compulsory to wear an id when coming to the campus or else you are not allowed into the campus.
The long and time taking procedures that should be done to obtain permission for fests is something I disliked.

Placement Experience:

Placement is alloted or given depending on the grades and the marks obtained by participating in the placement exams in which the candidates required for the company are recruited and they are trained by the company after they pass a total of 3 rounds of exams and a final interview. The students eligible for getting a placement offer are students with an overall GPA over 7 and the time student become eligible for placement offer is in the 4th year and from what I know the highest package was nearly 88lpa and its a company from Singapore.

How are placements at Andhra University for mba students?

The placements for MBA at Andhra University are good when compared to engineering. However, do not expect a package of more than 5 LPA.

You should be well prepared for the online exam conducted from the first semester itself. The rounds involve - Online test, a Technical round, and afterward an HR round.

You are advised to prepare for aptitude well. One of the recommended books would be Arun Sharma Quant’s book for CAT for the online examination. Try to solve LOD 1 and LOD 2 and learn advanced excel for the technical round. It would be advised to clear the basic concepts of their stream of study.

Other good companies visiting the campus for hiring are Bajaj, Innova source, Spinco, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Mu sigma, etc.

How is Andhra University for placements?

According to my friends studying at Andhra University, it is not upto the mark, a few IT companies visit the institute and a few core companies like Coromandel, Nagarjuna Fertilizer, ITC, and L&T.

How are the placements at Andhra University for B.Tech students?

Students often feel that the placements are often exaggerated in AU. If you are from CSE, ECE, or IST, you will have more chances at reputed firms such as Infosys, Wipro, TCS, FTD, IBM, Accenture, etc with packages ranging from INR 3-10 LPA. More than 75% of students get placed in campus hiring at the end of their graduation.

But if you are from any core branch-like chemical, mechanical, marine, etc, then you will be called for interview by some software companies offering packages less than INR 4 LPA. There are only a few chances for core placements and on average, you will be offered placement in between INR 3–6LPA.

The core companies visiting for recruitment from chemical engineering are AUROBINDO, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, GVK BIO, Deccan Companies, etc and all together they will recruit less than 20 students.
