The hostels at IIHMR offer various accommodation options, including twin-sharing for girls costing around 65,000 INR per annum, cubicles for boys and girls at 75,000 INR, and new flat-type sharing for girls at 80,000 INR. Mess charges are approximately 2,900 INR per month, and the overall hostel fee is about 1 lakh INR annually, covering food expenses.

Separate facilities exist for boys and girls, with girls' hostels located within the campus and boys' hostels in the faculty block. Due to limited seats, hostel allotment follows a first-come, first-served basis after college admission.
