Eligibility Criteria

LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised university with a minimum 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST). Both 3-year LLB post-graduation and 5-year integrated law programmes such as BA LLB and BBA LLB are accepted.

Admission is based on HRIT HNAT score or aggregate percentage in the qualifying LLB degree. No national entrance exam such as CLAT-PG is mandatory for HRIT LLM admission.

No upper age limit for LLM admission as per Bar Council of India regulations. Students from all states may apply and need not be domiciled in Uttar Pradesh.

Admission Process

Visit hrituniversity.edu.in and register for the LLM programme, selecting Corporate and Commercial Law as the specialisation in the application form.

Upload LLB degree or provisional certificate, mark sheets for all semesters or years, Class 10 and Class 12 certificates, and a valid identity proof such as Aadhaar or passport.

Optionally appear in HRIT HNAT, which is conducted online. HNAT scores are communicated within a few days and high scorers may receive additional merit scholarship consideration.

Attend document verification and counselling at HRIT University, Ghaziabad, on the scheduled date. Outstation candidates may request virtual verification via video call.

Accept the offer, complete fee payment online, and receive the admission letter from the HRIT Faculty of Legal Studies to begin the session.
