  • LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised university with a minimum 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST). Both 3-year LLB post-graduation and 5-year integrated law programmes such as BA LLB and BBA LLB are accepted.
  • Admission is based on HRIT HNAT score or aggregate percentage in the qualifying LLB degree. No national entrance exam such as CLAT-PG is mandatory for HRIT LLM admission.
  • No upper age limit for LLM admission as per Bar Council of India regulations. Students from all states may apply and need not be domiciled in Uttar Pradesh.

Admission Process
