HRIT Group of Institutions was established in the year 2005 as HR Institute of Technology. The institute is located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. It is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow.
HRIT Ghaziabad offers a broad spectrum of courses ranging from B.Tech, B. Pharm and BHMCT at the undergraduate level, and MBA, MCA, M. Tech and M. Pharm including PG Diploma and PG Certificate programs in Management and Retail Management respectively.
- Admission to B.Tech is based on the valid score in UPSEE, followed by a counselling process.

HRIT Group of Institutions offer 4-year B.Tech in 6 specializations. Candidates for BHMCT must pass 10+2 in any stream with 50% aggregate marks.
Admission to BHMCT and B.Pharm is based on the valid score in UPSEE followed by counselling process of UPTU.

HRIT Group of Institutions offers MBA, MCA and M.Pharm in 3 specializations at the PG level. Apart from these, a 2-year PGDM and 1-year PGCM are also offered.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission to M. Pharm is a B.Pharm degree with 60% marks. Applicants for MBA, MCA, PGDM and PGCM must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Selection of candidates for MBA, MCA and M. Pharm is done on the basis of their UPSEE score. PGDM admission is based on the score in CMAT/ CAT/ MAT score. PGCM candidates are selected on the basis of CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ UPSEE score.

HRIT Group of Institutions Application Process 2025
Admission to HRIT Group of Institutions for all UG and PG degree courses is done through UPTU counselling based on entrance test score/ rank for the concerned program. The institute accepts applications to PGDM & PGCM courses through the institute level admission process on the basis of their CET (CAT/ MAT/ CMAT) score followed by GD/ PI sessions. The detailed application process is as follows:
- Candidates seeking admission through UPTU counselling may visit the official website of the university/ UPSEE website and click on the relevant link for online application/ registration.
- All particulars in the application form must be filled correctly. Uploading scanned copies of photograph and signature in the prescribed format is mandatory for all candidates.
- The Application fee can be paid online via credit/ debit card or net-banking. No other mode of payment is allowed.
