The faculty should ratio a very good and the teachers teaches very well and they have a great responsibility and demanding power of the student they teachers very well and they understand us like their own son
If you have a good % in your 12th you will get a good scholarship for your fees.
Campus life is fun with i guess the best cafe in all of doon one of the best rooftop cafe and other amenities also good .

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not so good in my opinion but it depends on person to person.i don't like hostel because of many restrictions but there's always a way to do things.
The staff doesn't have a good communication amang themselves which leads to poor effectiveness ratio between faculty-to-student which impact the experience of student whether it's related to college or the leaarning experience.
There were internship opportunities, so many, but the only problem was that we were being asked to pay for every internship and i personally wasn't ready at all to pay for the internships and henceforth i did not choose any.

The college environment and infrastructure is great.

Dislikes

There is very less amount of holidays given.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements at DIT university are very good as it is recorded that each and every student of every department gets placed every year with a good and respectful package. Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. In our department the percentage of placement is 100%.

Beutiful campus looks good in between the hills
Good environment for students who do coding
Teacher are very experienced and familiar to the students

Dislikes

College is good but i think it's not worthy
Campus have no ground for playing and roming
Hostel food is to bad which we can't even eat someday

Faculty teachers they focus on you and are good in there respective jobs they help you out and put efforts
No soo much of drama like doing fest every month it is good to focus on studies
Not so much crowded helps in a better environment

Dislikes

The campus is very small its like just 3,4 building where you go and study

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college is good students can do internship easily after second year and there are also good opportunities of campus placements there lowest package is 4 lakhs and highest is around 50 lakhs and with the avg 8 lakhs 85-90% students get placements easily my plans after degree ia to persue mba from usa or Singapore

Likes

The environment is the factor that the students are having good information about their field.
Events regarding academics and non academic event keep doing on in the college.
The infrastructure is good , facilities are also good

Dislikes

That the campus has no ground to play cricket and other sports
Classroom are bit normal considering it as a university
Cafes and CCDS are costly , not pocket friendly for a student.

Placement Experience:

After 7 semester the students became eligible for the college placements, palo alto came here and gave the package of 58 LPA , Infosys,TCS,DRDO, DECATHLON,HRX,WIPRO, GOOGLE are the top recruiters.the highest package was of 58 LPA and average is 7.5 LPA. There are more than 85% students who are getting placements. My plan is to appear for the defence examinations after completing my degree

Dit dehradun is worth it.

Likes

The collage environment and surrounding is very beautiful. There are mountains every side and youu'll love the campus when you reach here. Its too beautiful.
Also the collage placement cell is decent and provides a lot of opportunities. It's avg package is around 8 lpa while the highest package is 58 lpa.
The teachers are very helpful and the syllabus isn't too hard and is made according to the needs of today's market.

Dislikes

There isn't much to dislike but there isn't any big park or ground to play football in.
Also there is collage uniform for the students which I don't like .

Placement Experience:

The avg package is 8 lakh here and highest is 58 lpa. Very big big firms come to collage placement cell and hire a lot of students. The hiring rate is 85 percent. And company like Google and Amazon also come here .

Infrastructure and surrounding is really amazing. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Dislikes

Economics honours faculty lacks in delivery they just teach in bookish language which makes it very boring and not useful

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is designed more towards the educational side. It is useful for those who want to pursue higher education in economics. If anyone is planning to do it to get a job then I would suggest dont going to this college.

Good Teaching Staffs and have best faculty to teach and teachers are well experienced and have lot of knowledge they teach us only not of syllabus they provide the knowledge which is out side the Syallabus
Good environment and best weather experienced here
Good time table scheduled by the college with keeping students self study time

Dislikes

Teachers can be more strict to the students
Dress code can be changed they must remove uniform
They can increase the winter breaks by which student can do internship

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement after 4th semester. The companies visited our collegees are oracle, Microsoft, google, dabur, jio and many more Highest package of our college is 64lakh per annum and average package is of 4lakh per annum 85% of the students are getting placements

Likes

The faculty is good. They help wherever you need. Curriculum needs to be updated.
The college has so many clubs and societies. College provide you enough time for co curricular.

Dislikes

The hostel mess is need to be better. The quality of food is very bad and unhygienic.

Placement Experience:

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. The eligibility for sitting in placements are : - you should have a CGPA of 7 or above. - you are allowed to sit in placements from 7 semester.

Likes

DIT University offers a great academic environment. Faculty members are supportive. The curriculum of the course is highly relevant and comprehensive. The infrastructure is very well maintained, well equipped labs and library.
The placement record of the college is very good. The highest package is of rupees 58 lakhs.

Dislikes

The thing that I do not like about this college is the fee structure. Having to pay 300000 for 3 years is quiet expensive.

Placement Experience:

Most of the courses allow students to be placed in the 3rd year. DIT University top recruiters are Amazon, Deloitte, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Bosch, IBM and so on. The average percentage of students getting placements is 95%.

Teaching staff pays attention to students query
Infrastructure is good and students even from outside of the state also like the campus

Dislikes

Management staff is not good, i personally feel like that, there were some instances where i was expecting help from the management staff but they were just trying to avoid.
Registrar office is also not very much helpful. You will have to go atleast 10 times on 10 different days to solve a simple issue.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good in every aspect, but except one thing that was the number of subjects in one semester. DITU gave us so many subjects in our 6th sem that we had classes from 9 to 6 continuously, there was no lunch break or any kind of break in between the classes. Classes and labs continuously for 5 days in a week.

My friend is a final-year student at DIT University. Since the university is a private one, everything is simply in your hands.

The following points are based on her experience at the campus:

Campus: The university has a good environment. You can enjoy the sterile hilly scenic beauty from the windows of the class. All this might even distract you from the lectures going on while studying.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and would definitely help you out in any way possible. As per my friend, there are only a smaller number of ‘not par’ teachers, but they were average. Most of the faculty members are well qualified with good experience in their respective fields.
Extra-curricular activities: Right from the freshers’ party till the farewell, you will get countless opportunities to perform in front of the audience and showcase your talent. You can join college clubs, be a part of them and bring out new ideas. The clubs aren’t very active and you’ll be free most of the time you stay here.
Placements: The placements were good this year. My friend got placed in two companies: Infosys and Wipro. For the CS branch, the placements are very good. Infosys, Wipro, Cognizance, TCS, Adobe, Amazon, etc. are just a few companies in which the DIT students have got placed.
