There was a great experience through our campus,there are such beautiful trees and statuses are placed when entering the college.
There are some scholarship opportunities are also available like the cv raman students welfare trust scholarship for bright students who are financially weak.
I don't much knowledge about computer science branch but in ece, eee, ee, teachers are best and they interact with students in best manner a student can understand

Dislikes

Classes are non ac classes walls are not painted backgate is so dirty no near and clean campus no greenary no uniform
The hostel is very bad. food in the mess is not edible.
The extra classes are so irritated. i have only one reason

I really liked the lush green Campus having all the facilities, cricket ground, football ground, basketball and volleyball court etc.
Academic Building Equipped with smartboards..

Dislikes

Weather, Its really very hot here If anyone is com9ing be prepared for heatwave and scorching heat.
Class hours, the classes starts at 9am till 5:30 pm for monday to wednesday
some faculties only give theoretical knowledge and not provide the application part.

Placement Experience:

the placement rate isw not to bad and also not too good as for this year placement rate is about 47% and also many company comes takes the students like tata, Infosys, Accenture, Mahindra, and many others. The average package is about 5 lakhs and the highest is about 12 lakhs percentage of styudent getting placed is about 47% My first Priority is to get placed along with degree.

Campus Life in C.V. Raman Global University, Bhubaneswar

Likes

Open and ragging free environment. Less crowd away from the city rush.
Affordable as compared to other colleges.
Faculty of mechanical engineering is nice and helpful. And have proper knowledge.

Dislikes

The management is not that good and is lazy.
The infrastructure is old and needs renovation.
The college is in a very remote area due to which students face transportation issues.

Placement Experience:

Placements are overall ok but average. Only a very small group of students get high package of more than 8 lakh per annum. Students can avail campus placements after 6th semester. Bosch, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. Percentage of students getting placements is around 20 - 30%.

Likes

Campus is good. Most of the faculties are helpful.
Infrastructure is good. Hostels are on campus.
Security is very strict here. They check every vehicle on main gate.

Dislikes

Hostel cleaning is not good. They do whenever there mood is.
Food quality is not only oil is given in name of gravy.
In our department the bench and chairs are broken.

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students are eligible for pre placement. College give training to students for pre placement. After 7th sem companies call students for major projects for 6 month to work. College offers 90% placement.

Improvement required for our college

Likes

I liked the greenery of my college and I liked the structure of my college
Also the cultural activities which my college conducts
They do cover their syllabus on time with full honesty

Dislikes

The thing which mostly i disliked was management of my college it is not at all structured
They do the things as they wish, we get the results after 4 months of our exam
Most of the faculties doesn't know English fluently.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fine they do make it fun so that students don't regret taking the course. They connect the course with real-life applications the point where they need the be improved is by making the faculties less strict and also they can increase the gap between mid-semester exams

Likes

Infrastructure and Computer labs , Mechanical lab
Playground and swimming pool area and garden
Teachers were so good and they understand students problem.

Dislikes

Fees and if didnt pay on time they imposed heavy fine and didnt allow student to sit.

Placement Experience:

Indian MNC always comes first for placement drive but mainly CS , IT students got placed , chances of core subject student are very less, so 30% student got placement when i was there. I got off campus placement. It all depends on the students.
