- The MSc in Water Engineering program at the Brunel University is a duration of 1 year.
- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
- MSc Water Engineering degree is a specialist course that has been developed to equip students with advanced knowledge of the water industry and environmental issues.
- Students will study a wide range of water engineering subjects including fluid mechanics and hydrology, water and wastewater treatment, water infrastructure, and water processing and distribution systems.
- Students will have access to custom-designed technical facilities that include hydraulic benches and flumes to work on their laboratory experiments.
- This program is accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators (JBM) comprising of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Institution of Structural Engineers, Institute of Highway Engineers, and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
- Brunel’s water engineering MSc is also accredited by the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a 2:2 (or above) UK first or second class Honours degree, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification, in an Engineering, Science or Technology subject.
- Students with other qualifications and subjects (including but not limited to Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Architecture, Environmental Sciences) will be considered.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and PTE to get admission to this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students should have completed a 3-4 year bachelor's degree from a mainstream university (state/federal or deemed institution) passed with the required grades.
- Students for research should hold a 3 to 4-year bachelor's degree and master's degree, both passed with required grades.
