Dislikes:

  • Lack of cultural diversity. Not much to explore in the city. No direct job placements but it’s the same with other universities as well. Lack of modern architecture .

The overall experience was good at my university. It fulfilled my expectations in most aspects. One downside is you don’t get a culturally diverse set of students. But it is specific to my course.

Dislikes:

  • There are no major points that I can talk about which I disliked about the university. There are very less job opportunities in UK, I believe that everyone is facing that issue so it is not very university specific thing. Placements were the only issue. null

Overall experience in terms of quality of education is extremely good, course structure, staff, learning opportunities are wonderful. But from the placement perspective I can say it was not extremely good, in the economy like UK there are millions of people are trying to settle in this country whereas handful of them get the chance. To get a job with Tier 2 visa is extremely hard, I was lucky that I got one, but it is a real struggle. I advise everyone to get at least some work experience before coming here and prepare yourself to grind.

Dislikes:

  • Thankfully I never came across any bad experience so there isn't anything that I dislike about the university. null

My experience has been quite good. Punctuality and professionalism are two most important thing there. A work-life balance is encouraged to every student and employee. Courses and jobs are also designed in such manner. Flexible working hours facility is also offered for child-care. Overall, I have imbibed a lot of good work ethics and a lot of self-confidence in me.

The admission process was smooth and university helped a lot. Process starts from November/ December and should be applied as soon as possible in order to get a few scholarship/ bursaries. I applied in april and the process was smooth. Got my results in June and thereafter everything is quite oriented and international support is pretty good throughout as well.

It had a really good course reputation, I loved the campus, the open days were really good. There was a really good range of areas to study and it offered interesting modules that weren't available at other colleges.

It's the best ranked in the subject area. The subject itself was also very good compared to another university and the university impressed on an open day. Plus it's in a great location and the campus is very nice.
