• Applicants should have a bachelor's degree equivalent to a 50% or higher relevant (cognate or semi-cognate) discipline, including, but not limited to: architecture, interior architecture and design, or building surveying from recognized universities in India.
• Applicants with non-standard entry requirements and / or relevant experience will be considered on an individual basis

• IELTS: 6.5 with minimum of 5.5 in each component
• PTE Academic: 62 (with no less than 59 in any element)
• TOEFL iBT: 79 with at least 18 Reading, 17 Listening, 20 Speaking, 18 Writing
